Not great but probably very little syns compared to shop bought or dirty take out pizza.

Ha ha guess we're all different about the chocolate...I can just take it all except two things covered in chocolate. 1, coffee creams 2. anything marzipan! Ugh!

Your pizzas always looks tasty...I've topped "free from" ones and they're quite nice. They work out at 19.5 for 150g, that was only half a medium size one.

Scales are still looking good and yesterday was probably the first time since last Tuesday I actually had 3 meals !!

So it looks like I am over the jet lag and getting back to normal.

I am off today so just pottering around. I have made the decision not to return to the gym this week but to start afresh next week
 
Another proper day of eating.

Breakfast was banana and a handful of cinnamon shreddies

Lunch baked potato with extra light mayo cucumber and tomatoes danio yoghurt

Snack corn cakes chocolate jelly sweets

Dinner salmon sweetcorn rice greens broccoli with cheese sauce

Snack hi fi bar chocolate peanut brittle

Our office heating is old economy 7 heaters that heat up overnight so you don't know if they are working for 48 hours till the bricks heat up.

As I said on the target thread


Weigh in tonight and I lost 0.5 lb so I am 2lb under target but I haven't been eating properly at all since I've been back.

My party is on Saturday with lots of cake American candy buffet food and jelly beans ! Plus a bug hotel breakfast Sunday morning so I have lots of wiggle room
 
Ugh...not good. The jet lag has obviously taken a toll on your body! Have you done a long haul flight before, or was this your first? Actually thinking about it, it's not just the long haul but the time zones of course. I've done quite a few to eastern Africa but some of those are the same time as Europe.
The hour change that comes at the end of this month is enough to throw my body for a couple of day!!
 
Well I must have had 30 syns in crisps chocolate and sweets today as I am still off proper food.

Dinner was pure carbs pasta bake with garlic bread

I tried on my party dress and it is a tad too big so I am not worried about that I will just aim to get back on track when I can.

I am now off work till next Tuesday
