Well at least you weighed...my were very up!! never mind.

The new Aldi (just up the road) will have opened it doors this morning at 8.30! Needless to say I was still asleep and warm in bed!
Yes I think the shops are getting busier now...our ice rink in the shopping centre is all set up and running now until January so attracts a lot of people.

We all had leaflets through the door with £5 off for 4 weeks but you had to spend £40...I wouldn't do that so gave them to my daughter. They had them too and can use two trolleys and use them that way. They've become big shoppers at Lidls to save money even though he gets staff discount for Asda so I'm sure Aldi is comparable. I mostly go there for Mosher Roth chocolate bars.

To be honest I am probably in denial about how much ours is as we don't do one big weekly shop.

Today for example I spent £8 in Asda then we spent another £12 in Tesco this evening

I know I should add it but I am a bit afraid !! We aren't extravagant but we could probably cut it down if we tried

Exactly like tonight we walked to Tesco just to get pasta for dinner then my husband remembered he had no cereal and he also wanted porridge so that was 4 boxes. I saw the new quorn roast beef 'joint' on offer for £2 plus I saw some nice sharon fruit and voila £12 or it could be £15 later

And that's pretty typical for our shopping habits.

I don't really think about how much things cost as we don't go overboard. I don't eat meat so no big joints or anything I barely drink so we rarely buy wine and if we do 1 bottle lasts 2 days . My husband isn't a daily drinker either so he buys the little beer stubbies which lasts him ages.

We don't smoke and we don't really waste stuff as we buy what we need and I create dishes out of leftovers
