Breakfast was nice and the drive back was good no traffic or anything so we're just watching a bit of tv and not doing much else.

Probably not looking for any lunch either! lol. I didn't have breakfast until 11am so my lunch will be late and then off to get the twins at 4pm. Hope the rain holds off...it's so grey looking today.

Had some crisps and a mince pie about 4 and my husband is going to make chow mein later as I have a bit of a craving

Off tomorrow as well then back to normality Wednesday

Yes its Shrek the Musical tomorrow night then back to work Wednesday off Thursday and in Friday.

Yes he is good like that but he absolutely loves cooking so it isnt too much of a chore for him !

Chow mein was ok it wasn't exactly what I wanted but I couldn't tell him that as he tried so hard and it was tasty just not quite right

Up about 1.5lb which is not bad at all considering all the c r a p food and drink which included lots of bread and crisps.

Probably won't be on plan today but back at it tomorrow

They are impressive...were they noticed by anyone?
The chow mein looked nice, not that I eat noddles.
That sounds like a minimal gain...I could have done 3+ on that sort of day out!!

You could have pure soba/buckwheat noodles which are gluten free or rice noodles ?
