Still feeling all yukk and skin crawly don't know what's wrong at all especially as I am by myself today so no real stress or anything

Tuna pasta salad which apparently served 2 - ha ha

I worked it out at 11.5 syns for the whole thing which wasn't too bad as apart from that I've only had fruit today

It was really really tasty and I have a potato and egg one for Friday which I know is free without the mayo sachet

They were on 2 for £3 which isn't bad at all

I often get the pre made salads if I'm short of time.

I'm off to see Paddington at the cinema with my mum after work as my boss is in London so I can leave just after 5

Oh....I saw the trailer...it looks so nice and yet a while back I read that people were saying something about it being 'bad' for children. I didn't read the article...did you hear about that?

No but I don't have kids so I wouldn't really read those reviews

It was just a headline on an internet newspaper...could be children would think it was a good idea to just wander off on their own like Paddington?

It was quite sweet but nothing like the well love Paddington I remembered.

My mum enjoyed it which was good.

First food diary in ages and pretty good but room for improvement

Box grapes/melon/pineapple

Asda tuna pasta salad I had the full box 12 syns
Satsumas

Bag square crisps 5 syns
Danio yoghurt hex a tweak

Not my usual omelette as I went straight home after the cinema so my husband made omelette instead with salad acti fry potatoes

2 benefit light bars hex b
2 ginger biscuits 4 syns

Total 21
