My consultant sends out text reminders as well as most of us including myself are not on Facebook

The cous cous balls were so so easy

2 packets of Ainsley Harriot cous cous made up with water wait to cool add 1 to 2 eggs

Mix together shape into balls and bake for about 1 hour on 120 to dry them out turn them after half an hour or so

Brownies in tin 2 dips spicy bean and salmon cous cous balls and coffee meringues and chocolate meringues

I have another batch of cous cous balls in the oven and I'm done

All low syn or syn free

Ours isn't a proper class no IMAGE therapy just weigh and go or weigh and stay to party

It's open weigh for 1.5 hours same as next week but obviously no party next week

I am properly aching now as I really did too much today and too much standing.

Not really eaten properly either just been picking at what I've made
 
Due to cooking and baking today I've picked at a lot of food but it's all SW friendly

A few cous cous balls - free
Couple of brownies maybe 0.5 syn as whole mixture is 5 syns and I cut it up into loads of pieces
Meringues the coffe ones are Syn free the chocolate ones 4 is 1 syn I think

Fruit salad
Popcorn 5 syns
Jelly sweets 3 syns

Celeriac soup Wholemeal rolls hex b x 2
3 hovis biscuits 9 syns

Total 22 syns but a real guess
