Thank you unfortunately I over did it on the port I had 2 glasses and I was quite ill the latter part of the evening but we did stay up till 1am
And due to that my scales don't look too bad this morning !!
Last day off plan with leftovers planned then I'm going to try EE SP for a couple of days probably Saturday Sunday and Monday as we have potatoes to use up tomorrow
Oh dear sorry your were unwell last night jaffa. Breakfast pic looks good. Now surprise I didn't weigh this morning...think I would have fallen off the scales. Lol
How you feeling now?
At last Joseph hauled my laptop upstairs!!
Jaffa, got a question re phone, if I don't have wifi switched on but use the phone to text or look emails...does it connect a roaming wifi? which is better, home one or roaming? thanks
Much better and we're having leftover Indian soon as we going out to the theatre this evening to see Little Shop of Horrors which I'm looking forward to
Wi fi on always as that doesn't eat into your data allowance
If you're sending emails and on the Internet then it either uses wifi or your data allowance
It always uses wifi first providing you've connected to the wi fi network
Ha ha I'm probably not using the right word...what I mean is. if I'm at home and have wifi on it will connect to EE here but if I'm out I suppose it will connect to something else available? So if I turn it off here I'm not sure what it connects to and if it uses extra data?
Your wifi at home is just that at home it only has a small range. Ours struggles to reach the bottom of the garden and we have a small garden.
So if you turn off wifi in your house it will use data out of your 500mb allowance
Once you leave your house your phone can only connect using 3g or 4G data connection which is paid for and that's what uses up the 500mb per month.
If you are out and about your phone might say free wifi available or something like that but only if you have wi fi switched on as it constantly scans for wifi connections.
If it's free or public wifi then you can probably connect to it without a code but you will need to tell your phone to connect to it if it comes up with the message available wifi but 90% of the time when you're out of your house you will be using your allowance.
If you visit people and want to use their wifi you'll need their private code to connect to their network the way you have connected at home
