Another 30 lengths today as I did 20 before lunch and 10 this afternoon.

Off for a walk in a bit before dinner

It was really good

They had damp almond cake tonight no cream so we had a couple of slices of that as well !

Definitely ate too much last night and felt awful
Also now got a cold as nose blocked up and I can barely swallow.
Will be the air con and change in temperature

Feeling worse then ever cold getting more blocked up and its freezing here as full cloud coverage so I'm on the hotel wifi in the lobby
Everyone is wearing fleeces and only the die hard inc my mother are still sitting outside

No swimming today as although the pool temp would be fine the air when I got out would feel freezing

Instead we've gone for a walk and we are sitting in the English tearooms having a soya latte , soya cappuccino and dairy free carrot cake
Perfect !!

I cannot believe that I'm now full.of cold and I can barely breathe this isn't how you want to spend a holiday

Unfortunately just as cloudy today which is a shame as no swimming again but I've been for a little walk this morning.
Still full of cold and barely slept last night as I couldn't breathe very well
I only have paracetemol so I'll wait till I'm back on Tuesday night and start the day nurse night nurse as not sure what they would be called here and I need to be careful with my other medication
