We're out the hotel room at midday and picked up about 12.30 then it's a day of waiting etc and we fly this afternoon

Not good at all about 6lb on which I know isn't possible and some must be plane bloat so I'll drink loads of water today and just get back on the wagon as there is no way I am weighing in like this.

I lost weight when I went to Rome and I reckon I definitely ate more then and I drank but I certainly did a lot more walking
