Up and down to be honest Janet but we have nice food planned - not on plan
Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese
Lemon cheesecake from the freezer the non dairy food heaven one
Egg fried rice with soya or quorn strips
And some fruit in between

Not really Donna as sometimes that would be typical eating at the weekend and the fried rice will be made SW style not proper 'fried'
But we do have a naughty last meal planned tomorrow
Asda pizza with homemade coleslaw and actifry chips so again not horrendous

Oh pizza. ...Aldi's do a deep pan one for £1 made by Carlos I think and that is so good. So far Joseph hasn't eaten the half that's in the freezer maybe I'll have it after weigh in!?

Yes not done much been for the usual walk and been a nice food day but not sw friendly bar the egg fried rice

I haven't seen the gingerbread desserts in Morrisons only the dark choc ones. Are they 5.5 syns too? I'd like to try them...but think they're only in tescos.

My sw just asked me if I wanted anything while she's shopping at lidl & tesco so asked for some gingerbread desserts, looking forward to trying one!

Seems that tesco had sold out of alpro gingerbread desserts...probably because they're only £1. Never mind...I'll try them one day.
Glad you're at peace with the scales...I'll miss you!

Quick update
Weather is lovely in Tenerife and the hotel is really nice. All inclusive will get a bit repetitive as there's only so much I can eat and I think they grill the fish with meat which is a no no as I will be ill sue to the cross contamination.
Flight was horrendous as I was very ill but the flight attendants were lovely and looked after me . I knew I was heading for an attack but I wanted to come away more so no one to blame but me
I'll go back to the Dr's when I get back and see if the blood tests show anything
not sure if I'll go to the gym here but I'm hoping to have a little swim tomorrow
market say tomorrow in Costa Adeje and I love a good wander around a market and this used to be a good un
