Day off today and I had a lovely day out with my mum which was completely off plan

B - none

L 2 plates of food at the Red Hot Buffet all savoury no dessert

D - still full so 4 small slices of wholemeal toast with clover lighter and some chocolate

I dont even think I had a piece of fruit today oops
 
Green today as I really needed carbs although red was planned but never mind

B - fresh figs

L - quorn fajita strips with salad and cherry tomatoes followed by an apple 3 ryvita hex b clover lighter 6 syns fresh mango and a passion fruit

S - 3 plums and grapes jelly sweets 3 syns

D - mushrooms eggs beans acti fry white and sweet potato

S - hi fi bar hex b chocolate 6 syns

Total 15 syns
 
A usual Saturday off plan so it looks like the 2.5lb I lost two weeks ago will be back on when I next officially weigh in on Tuesday as last Tuesday I put back on 1lb and I reckon at least the same this week

Well you've still got today and tomorrow...back to basics and restrict the syns to around 10 like we did on the salad challenge (low carb)? just a thought, I'm sure you can make some progress!
AND...better still - your special holiday is coming up!!
