Oh the mint straws look good...please don't tell me where you bought them!!!!
I made a salmon pate for my taster last week, but it resembled more of a dip...lol
It's called pate but I'd say it's more a dip like taramasalta I think it's called
I don't make it chunky as you need to be able to dip veggies in it
