Well it's not showing on the scales as I'm 0.5lb up
I haven't put this much weight on in years on a holiday and it must be down to complete lack of exercise as I could only swim twice and we barely walked
I lost weight when we went to Rome and had a slight gain when we went to New York and I'm convinced I ate way more in both places
 
Oh dear Jaffa, you do sound very dispondent about your holiday gain

Maybe lack of exercise didn't help, as your food didn't sound too bad at all, but unfortuneately we never know how much oil etc is used when eating away from home.

Yes eating away from home is always an unknown quantity...try not to stress Jaffa, I think you said before that you could always book a weeks holiday and take another week to get back down the scales? :bighug:

I am disappointed but I wouldn't have changed a thing bar pushing myself to use the hotel gym but I didn't feel well enough.

I had a great week with my mum and I don't regret any of my food choices maybe drunk more water instead of full fat sprite

They weren't thar big they were quite thin so definitely lunch not a huge dinner

Slept in and off but pain is getting more intense again so I'll see my dr on Thursday if I can get an appointment and admit I lied at clinic as I was going away to Tenerife and didn't want to invalidate my insurance

Can't remember if I said but I had a letter and I've still not had a clear smear so got to go back for my 4th one since December 2013.
They just can't seem to get enough cell samples to test
And this is the same specialist nurse I've been seeing for 20 years and there has never been this before so I might have to have another full biopsy to get samples
 
Jaffa I hope you have the strength to phone for an appointment early this week, sure it won't be as bad as you think it could be. :grouphugg:
