No at work but I bake potatoes in batches and freeze them wrapped in clingfilm or foil.
Then I can take them to work as I have a microwave in work so I either leave them in the fridge the night before or just get them out in the morning either way works fine it just requires more nuking if I get them out on the day

Yep not moved since the 2lb loss on Wednesday

Its great way I also do the same with potato wedges cook them and then freeze in bags
Usually I do it when we go to Tesco and I get a bargain bag of potatoes for 5p or something ridiculous . I then bake them all as wedges or whole depending on size let them cool down and freeze

Headache slightly better could be sugar withdrawal after all the c r a p last week or caffeine withdrawal as I drank glasses of diet coke every day which I never do at home. That's only for treats not even weekly

Good idea re potatoes but doubt I could get many in the freezer. Joseph still has a Turkey crown & whole chicken in there. Surprising the space they take up in a draw. He needs to cook one and slice it up.

We have two freezers. One is a fridge freezer in our kitchen and the other is just a freezer in our garage.

We batch cook a lot as you can probably tell so even for 2 of us its necessary

When we moved back we brought the fridge freezer and chest freezer with us. Sold the chest freezer just before we moved to this house and we have a fridge freezer is built in with the kitchen appliances so ours is actually down in the garage. I really need to clean it up and sell it. We kept it in case we decided to move again and would need it.
I'm working at getting some space in the freezer draws...finished up some cheesey bread today!
