Just got back from hols last night! hubby back to work today, which seems a bit odd with all the time off he's had, but still it's good to get back to normal. got loads of unpacking and laundry to get done today. am hoping to get back to SW today, but haven't dared to look in the cupboards yet, cos i know i need shopping, but can't get any til tonight! Definately changing WI day to Friday's. can't say i'm looking forward to WI this week, but i need to know where i am to be able to try and get this weight down.
 
Right, shopping in and ready to roll!

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEx B), milk (HEx A), grapes (SF), orange (SF)

Lunch: stir fried vegetables(SF), frylight (free), brown rice (free), fruit salad (SF)

Dinner: 2 cumberland sausages (5 syns), boiled potatoes (free), carrots (SF), green beans (SF)

Execise: tons of housework including ironing, hoovering, laundry, unpacking from hols etc. and if weather holds out, mowing the grass (about 2 hours work for the grass alone!)

Breakfast: 2 WW toast (5 syns), butter (2 syns), banana (SF), fruit juice (3.5 syns)

Lunch: omelette [eggs (free), peppers (SF), onion (SF), 30g cheese (HEx A)], orange (SF)

Dinner: butternut squash risotto [onion, garlic, butternut squash, red pepper, peas, basil (free & SF), arborio rice (free), olive oil (HEx B), Parmesan cheese (4.5 syns)]

Lunch: leftover butternut squash risotto (3 syns - for 1/2 tbsp olive oil)

Dinner: beef casserole [beef (free), onion (SF), carrots (SF), peas (free), broad beans (free), potatoes (free), beef stock cube (1.5 syns)

Snacks: orange (SF), fruit salad (SF), mixed berries (SF), cupcake (5 syns)

1st Friday WI today, and I've gained 3lbs, which I suppose isn't too bad with being off plan for over a month! Now to tighten the belt and get the weight shifted!

Today's food:

Breakfast: ready brek (HEx B), milk (HEx A)

Lunch: stir-fried vegetables (SF), fried in frylight (free), boiled baby potatoes (free), mixed berries (SF), fruit salad (SF)

Dinner: chicken breast (free), sweet & sour sauce (5 syns), rice (free), red & green peppers (SF), carrot batons (SF)

Dessert: slice of low-fat cheesecake (shop bought) (8.5 syns)

Syns: 13.5

Exercise plan: exercise video & arm exercises with weights
 
Think I'm doing well atm. I've managed my exercise quota every day this week so far, and not done bad with food either.

Today's food plan:

Breakfast: shreddies (HEx B), milk (HEx A), banana (SF)

Lunch: cous cous salad (free with SF), 2 satsumas (SF), 2 plums (SF), WW fat free yoghurt (free)

Dinner: homemade lasagne (9 syns), mixed berries (SF), fruit salad (SF)

Yeah, piccie taken day of the wedding. everyone had a lovely time. to be honest i didn't much enjoy it. firstly, morris dancing is not my kind of thing, and secondly, as predicted, i was left on my own with the kids at a table in a room full of people of whom (apart from immediate family sat at top table) i barely knew 4 people, and didn't know at all anyone else. but day over now, and piccies show a different story to how i felt. :) the children had a great time, and polished up beautifully. my hubby was exhausted as had to give his sister away (their dad passed away 3 years ago), and be official photographer, and give a speech.
 
I'm exhausted today! but still managed to do my exercises. That's 4 days in a row now! yay!

Today's food plan:

Breakfast: 2 wholemeal toast (HEx B), butter (2 syns), banana (SF), nectarine (SF)

Lunch: wholegrain tomato & basil pasta 'n' sauce, made with just water (free), 2 satsumas (SF)

Dinner: stir fried vegetables (SF), fried in frylight (free), pork (free), sweet & sour sauce (5 syns), boiled potatoes (free)

Snack: mixed berries (SF), fruit salad (SF)

in need of some serious willpower atm! y did the kids give me chocolate yesterday?! i never manage to save anything, so ended up having a kitkat chunky last night, and am out for a scone & drink today. i guess i'll have to keep the exercise up, and hopefully that small blip won't hurt too much.

Snack: fruit scone (8 syns), jam (1 syn), fruit tea (free)

Lunch: ham sandwich (no butter) (HEx B), nectarine (SF), orange (SF)

I hope so! would be very disheartening to not get a loss this week over all the hard work. will find out tomorrow.

lol! i love my mince meals. i started bulking them out with veggies & pulses years ago to save money, and still be full. Added bonus for it to be SW friendly. Got to wait til about 8 for dinner though :( shopping night

my hubby has given me an added incentive to lose weight. if i can fit into a size 18 come next July, (or smaller if possible), he will take me on a shopping spree! :D i'll do almost anything for new clothes :giggle: and hopefully by then i can shop in 'normal' shops again!

Very disappointed with WI today - only 1lb off?! i think i'm a little bloated, and a late dinner won't have helped. Hopefully i can make up for it next week.

Hello lovely, loving the avatar although I disagree with Patsy while you do look lovely if you look closely you look scared sh*tless to me ....but as you said all done and dusted now, but lovely to see what you look like in person hunni xx

What a lovely hubby to offer that incentive and I know you'll do it sweetie and we will help you if you need us .

Finally thank you for all your support the last couple of weeks, it really has been a tough time and I am finally coming out the other side of it :bighug: xxxx

1lb loss this is what that only 1lb looks like and that's an astounding loss to me xxxx
