I was a real piggy. Salad with red devil dressing, roll and butter, rump steak with jack Daniels type sauce, JP, with sour cream and a couple of chips nicked off the OH. And two glasses of wine. Absolutely stuffed, absolutely gorgeous.

I've not tried this red devil sauce yet, what's it like? All my mates go on about it. One of them took a little tuppawear pot and filled it up the last time we went!
We do support each other, but perhaps lead each other astray too? Was quite shocked at 4lb, hopefully will lose it quickly. Just had by brekkie, fruit and branflakes but I now have to drive to Birmingham and not sure what I am going to eat. I am driving there, visiting my mum in hospital then driving back. Lots of driving. Mum and dad were supposed to be on cruise this week but she fell over the day before they were due to leave and has broken her wrist. The bone came out and everything. Was very nasty. Had to have it pinned and plated so no holiday for them. Mum is 80 and dad is 83 so going to pop up there and check on them both. My poor old mum, she is in a lot of pain according to my dad so I hope to cheer her up a bit.
Oh no, poor mummy that sounds horrid. I'm sure she'll love up see you though.
I think we do sometimes, because we make excuses for each other to go off plan! Certainly makes it easier for me to stray sometimes!!! Obviously sometimes the plan should be ignored but I seem to be making excuses for myself weekly at the moment which is just making me miserable about my crap losses
Aww no poor mum! Bet your dad got a wee fright too. Hope they're both ok!
There are lots of holidays on the cards for everyone so that can be our motivation. Svelte, sexy creatures of loveliness instead of shamu's stunt double
Hahahaha, numnum, you are funny. Mum is very grumpy and in pain with her arm and her ribs as they are badly bruised. She feels like she is a burden to the staff as she really can't do anything for herself. She was having a good old moan at my dad though, so she is definitely getting better!
I am am afraid my fresh start failed today. Had breakfast as normal, then fruit on the way to brum, then nothing until I got home half an hour ago. oH hadn't made any dinner so had KFC. Fail! Oh well, fresh start tomorrow!
Morning. Sat having brekkie, branflakes and fruit, so a good start. We are taking the kids out on their motorbike today and I have to take the youngest for a football session at 10. That means no time to go shopping and we have no food in. Not sure I am going to eat today as other than a bit of fruit we don't have anything in and shops will have closed y the time we leave the practice track. Am hoping a tesco express will be open to buy bread and milk.
Good evening. Took the kids out on their motorbike, they get a bit faster each time, and they love it. I took fruit with me and snacked on that throughout the day and drank loads of coffee! Just had dinner, had to raid the freezer as we haven't got anything in until I go shopping. I had vegetable goulash with 2 healthy living sausages (1 syn) and a pouch of microwave rice, not sure how many syns in this, but I didn't eat all the rice. Got to go and iron uniform and sort bags out so kids ready for school tomorrow. As long as I keep busy I shouldn't need to eat anything else!
Glad you all had a good time! Sunday nights are pretty pants aren't they, getting all the lunches, uniforms, baths and everything done. Blooming knackered by bedtime
Thankfully my kids are old enough to sort themselves out for a bath or shower, assuming I can get them up there! I do lunches in the morning, am never organised enough to do it the night before!
If I don't do it the night before they end up with the most random of concoctions. The 2 girls will happily shower themselves but they literally go through a whole bottle of shampoo and shower gel between them so I have to ration it out for them. They'd also stay in there for hours on end! Teeny hates showers and has a melt down when in so he has to have a bath. They don't like making things easy
