Well we packed n just about ready, working today then gym later then sort last min bits out!
We set off at 7am tomoz for Liverpool to get on 11.15am ferry! I'm gonna b singing 'ferry cross the mersey' all day! Lol
It takes 2 n half hrs across. We stopping at glen Helen inn it looks v pretty n is at the side of a waterfall x

Been to the gym, did 40 mins jog/walk on treadmill 300 cals n 100 sit-ups n 700 crunches.

700 crunches.....goodness woman thats fab I thought I was doin well managing 100 .... very impressed looks like I've got a lot of work to do to catch up x

Am bak from isle o man but still off n the scales tell me I have put on 3lb!

Soo the plan is to do SF this wk cos I got loads of it n I got no wonga til pay day so it's cheap n cheerful! Then I will b bak on WW! Hope ur all doin well on WW!

IOM was an ace place to visit, very pretty, I wud recommend it to anyone! The ferry crossing was great, 2 1/2 hrs from Liverpool!

I had a good sesh at the gym, 10 running, 20 rowing n bicep/tricep/quad press, 150 sit-ups n 850 ab crunches! It killed me but yes I managed 1000 crunches! Yay me! N 8 lengths in the pool, only 10 due to a class starting !
I shall b gyming again tomoz! First sf day gone well!

I'm in half marathon training now, only got 9 weeks to train!! so gym for me tonight also!

Day 2 - SF restart
Done ok again today.

B-sf caramel shake
L-sf caramel shake
D-spaghetti Bol
Snx-ww yoghurt, 2 boiled eggs,
porridge n skim milk for supper!

Had a 50 min walk round our Res on bak, Done quite a bit of weeding n gardening, then been bak to the gym n done 10bike,12 uphill walking on treadmill, bicep/tricep/quad press n 200 sit-ups n 850 crunches! Yay 1050 altogether ! They're hurting a bit now but that's good, no pain no gain!

And I got on scales, a bit too soon I know but I have lost 2lb already so I am pleased ;-)
