Hi
Day 4-
Just on way to media city at Manchester for a tv recording of John bishops Britain so quite giddy!

B-sf caramel shake
L-sf caramel shake

No snx yet may have summit wen we get there then we eating out somewhere before it starts at 6.45pm x
I will update later wot I had x
Went to the gym- 10 bike, 10 x trainer, 10 rower, 15 uphill walk treadmill, 800 crunches, bicep curls n tricep pull downs!

Tv recording was ace! John bishop is fab!! If anyone watches new series of his show 'britain' I'm on the 'Hobbies' show! Yay x half hr show squeezed out of 1 &1/2 hr recording x lol x

Bless u for asking me I am new to WW myself did it for a wk 3wk ago then I went on hols n gained a bit so at the mo am just on Slim fast for a wk or two to shift some weight then I will be on ww PP for some time I feel!
Soz for confusion I just stayed on this part of forum to save moving bak plus I need the help from these great gals.

Have a read thru Carlys diary she has great menus n also Jem her diary is called newbie restart! All the best to u n hope to b joining u very soon.

I forgot to put my tea on, oops went to Bella Italia for food had a chicken, spinach n cheese calzone was gorge! N 2 glasses of red wine n a strawberry meringue sundae! V bad! But scales haven't altered this morning! Hope the gym is helping me!
Off again today! Come on I want Fergies Abs!!!

Hi Liz glad you enjoyed your Italian I haven't been to an Italian restaurant in years closest I get is pizza or spag bol lol...glad John Bishop was good look forward to having you back with us soon take care sweetie n thabks for mentioning my diary x

Hi all
Had a normal sf breakfast n lunch!
Gym - 15 uphill walk, 12 x trainer, 12 bike
1000 crunches! Woo hoo! N bicep/tricep/quad press etc
Had egg fried rice with prawns n gunard(weird) n mushroom, onion.
Having neighbours round shortly for some chat n red wine!

Thanks Liz I will just been asked to make a big pot of chilli so I will make my "light" version so I know at least something I will be eating won't be too high in pp's ...don't know what else is on the menu but I do know there will be plenty of wine flowing and I will ENJOY!!! have a good weekend too x

Thanks Hun lol am mad innit! Feel guilty tho as didn't go yesterday but telling myself my abs enjoyed the rest! N yes the Italian was v amazing ! Norty!

Well wot a fab day! Am sat trying to bake myself in the sun as I find I feel better with a tan! Lol
Been for 1 1/2 walk in the sun thus morning, warm our legs up then we off to the gym this aft! Need to do my sit-ups my abs r slacking already lolz x

Well done! Sounds like a good day! Think ur abs probs need a day off! I was once told u should take every other day off working particular muscle... So maybe alternate crunches and reverse curls?

I want a tan but just can't sit in the sun... So pottered around in it... Lol xx
 
Cheers Hun x went to the gym after the aft in the sun! Got a bit burnt n I had put cream on too! Agh
Just did bicep/tricep curls n 1000 crunches, my top of my tum is starting to get a 3pack lol x
I wud try n alternate my rest days but hubby likes going nearly every day, bar Wednesday's lol n I got used to it now lol x
 
Also I got weighed this am after a wk of sf n I roughly same so I coming off it! Am on TOTM too so weight always poo x
So I gonna start ww again! Yay
 
So started WW PP again today guys yay!
Will put my food diary on later! I intend to stick to my 29 PP n go to gym but not use my AP stick to a few WP if I need em x
