Right here goes- day 1 food diary-

B: 7PP
OSS indulg porridge n sk milk - 6pp
Ww yoghurt - 1pp

L: 15PP
Tuna melt panini - 12pp (guestimate )
6 onion rings - 3pp

D: carbonara. 16pp
Linguine - 6PP
Bacon - 2PP
cream - 4PP
Cheese - 4PP
Mush/onion/spinach - free

Total; 38
So not a fab day as supposed to be having 29 PP but it's first day n oh had planned the meals this wk so next wk will have to do some ww meals!
I will using 9 WP for today.

The lunch was a treat out with my friend too so not a good day at all!
Anyone think my menus don't look right pls say xx

I will be exercising for rest of wk just not gone today cos my sciatica is playing up in my back n it is killing me today could not possibly go to the gym but done some tidying!
I will be using my WP but not the AP! Is that ok?

Back not as bad as yesterday thank god so will get off to gym after work today.
Got on scales again, (obsessed) put on but I need to stop getting on, I weighing cos I on TOTM! Grr stop it Liz!

Plan today is to have my dailies PP of 29! My planned menu will follow later.

So I have decided to make a plan of my gym routines n make em different every day so I not bored n I get the best out of my time there... This will follow later cos I not done it just been investigating!

Lunch was Batchelors med tomato soup - 4PP n 5 crackerbread n light spread -6PP
More pineapple n aft snk of harvest chewee bar at 3PP.

Gym sesh was good-
1000 sit-ups
10 spin bike
3 sets of 20 chest press, tricep pulldowns, quad lift, bicep curls.
30 treadmill- 10 run, 5 fast walk, 15 uphill

Hope to b a better points wise for rest of the wk x

I am in the zone at the mo last nights gym sesh has tightened me n made me feel stronger! Lol
I making myself walk up to other ladies at work so I walk a bit more n I gonna plan my gym routines today n give myself targets to work to n try n stick to my daily points today! :)

First proper wk so it's all quite new n obsessing a bit over points but think I am doin ok n feelin positive! Been going to the gym nearly every day so hope for a good loss on Monday!
I got chilli n rice for tea tonight, last night my chicken birani was soo gorgeous better than a takeaway x

Well done hun :) glad it is going ok and you feel positive. You are doing ace!! Well done on all the exercise, I take my hat off to you, wish I could do that lol. Yummy your tea sounds lovely and glad you enjoyed your birani.. I think I may have to make :D take it easy xx
