Bless u indeed! I am in pain all time so far today usually it comes n goes! But wen I walk I feel the need to hold my stomach! It really bad on right but cyst is on left! Don't get it! Going bak to Docs on nov 4th to have a check up before my hols!! X ;-(

Am just thinking now... I had one of them rolls on Friday too n I was OK.. But yesterday I had Low Low cheese slices, which I havn't had before.. Wonder if its the cheese n not the bread afterall??!!
Bread hasn't bothered me at all before but I dunno.. can dairy hinder IBS??

I have a weekend in Kilkenny with my mate but that's not to the sun..

I don't eat white bread (unless i'm in someone's house n don't have a choice) and hav changed to brown pasta n rice too.. Just because I find it easier on my tummy and dont feel bloated for as long as when I eat white.. Never thought of cheese being the culprit but I think it might be.. I LOVE cheese but haven't really had any of it as its quite high and I can't trust myself to only hav a small bit.. But I forgot to bring lunch with me yesterday so just grabbed it in the shop..
So am thinking it may be the cause of my knotted/bloated tummy n not the bread at all...

Hee hee.. Yea the girls brought me to Lanzarote for a week at the end of June as an early birthday pressie But that was ages ago and feels as if it never happened at this stage

I'm not brill but thanks for asking, my cyst n ibs r causing me pain but trying to cope with it but getting a bit sik of it lol x however the cruise is getting ever nearer! 39 days n counting!

I'm trying to inspire myself for gym so thanks Hun, some days r easier than others, Friday was a good day at the gym! I'm making myself go some days with pain n see if it goes off, sometimes it does n sometimes it doesn't! Am trying to stay positive about it all but it's difficult! Hopefully wen I bak from cruise I can go straight to gynae n get the blooming thing removed! In the meantime hope it don't pop! Deep joy x

Good luck with WW hunny bunny I got to know all about PP so if u need any help I can try but the other girls r ace, u have met Carly I c already, visit Frances and Sarah they r great help too! I luv em!

Managed gym but only 10 treadmill, 15 bike, 8 lengths in pool then I relaxed in steam n sauna n jacuzzi whilst hubby finished off in gym! X

Its thunderstorms at the comment so hope the weather is alright when we go in a few weeks.
