Thanks darlin x I never feel like going n wen the pain is really bad like the other night I can't do alot so I go in the pool n relax, to my OH disappointment! He gets face on thinking he can't carry on in the gym cos I will sat waiting for him! How odd! Men! Lol

The pain appears to cease a little sometimes not everytime tho defo but sometimes and I have read online too that exercise is gud for the pain as it releases endorphins which help with the pain, if u get chance google it hunni x if I feel ok I do it if not I go in the pool if I have my cozy or I sit on the bike lol
I need to get in my dress so I need to do a little x

The cruise booklet came yesterday I am v giddy! It has ur names on it n info on the ship, excursions, dress etc n luggage labels,we have got the tickets, they r printable e tickets! Not quite the same! Lol

I so recommend it! It's fab an odd sensation but feet soo smooth after! They messed up at spa so we got 25 mins each free! Yay!

Cruise is 35 days! Yay we going to Barbados, Curacao, Aruba, Grand Turk, Tortola, St Maarten, St Kitts, St Lucia, Grenada, Barbados

Oo not that long Hun lol it's 34 days til hol starts, I wish it's 15 days Hun x shopping done really got clothes from last cruise just need to fit in em lol x

Mornin
WI this Moro, only lost 1lb but had norty wkend, went for carvery Saturday n had a few crisps, bits o choc, wine so owt is good I suppose!
I managed gym yesterday, did 10bike, 10 xtrainer, 25 treadmill, weights n Situps, pain was not bad at gym just been coming n going over wkend, so not bad!
Plus I getting excited now, 33 days til we cruise n we went shopping yesterday for hol shoes for me n we need to get toiletries sorted got half my list. Yay giddy!

On hols today sitting looking at my previous cruise books I made,I do a memory book for every hol with info n a diary so I can't forget fab moments! I know I am a geek but I don't care! Lol ;-)
