Morning all
Thinking of investing in a pelvic solutions heat pad which is wearable, it's in dollars but it works out at £18 uk so that's not too bad, am liking the shape of it cos it does the tummy area n the pelvis area!
Tum a lil better this mornin but not brill, got changed 6 times this am as not comfy in much at the mo! Grr x

I had an painful day yesterday been a painful wk actually! Need my heat wrap to come but in meantime I have got some sticky heat pads so gonna have a heat pad day! Feel poo this mornin! Cud easily stay in bed! Work still not v understanding! Grr!

Do you just stick the heat pad onto your pelvic area hon? I'm wondering should I order something online (I've no credit card so would have to ask mum or someone) and get those sticky ones in the meantime for my back & tum.
Hope the pain eases soon :( xx

Yeah i normally buy the direct skin ones but found the curaheat pelvic pads cheaper n u have to stick em to clothes!
Lol so they on my leggings x
Try that one from amazon on my link Hun it's only £10 n it shud be able to ur tum n bak just by moving it around x u can use a debit card if u have one Hun x
;-)

Irish debit cards dont work on those sites unfortunately, we need a credit card to use em (I know, Irish cards are a pain in the hole!!)
I will ask someone to get it for me maybe, Carrie left a link on my thread as well to a heat pad thingy. Hmm, I want them all lol!! :) xx

I actually do have one of those, the only catch is paying the extra fiver or whatever to use it when you buy the credit! I must fish that out in time for crimbo though... it came in handy before :) xx

Am just thinking now... I had one of them rolls on Friday too n I was OK.. But yesterday I had Low Low cheese slices, which I havn't had before.. Wonder if its the cheese n not the bread afterall??!!
Bread hasn't bothered me at all before but I dunno.. can dairy hinder IBS??
Just found this on a site:
Fatty foods, milk products, chocolate, alcohol, and caffeinated and carbonated drinks can trigger symptoms
So maybe a combination of that big brown seeded roll with that cheese caused the discomfort...
