My oh left this heat belt thing on my desk but its a gel thing you gotta boil in water before you reuse. So I dunno if I want it, I'd prefer something that I could bang in the microwave maybe?

Lol... No he ain't all bad.
This one is called "medicare" and its just a heat pack. Can't microwave it I'm reading the box and sounds like it only lasts 45 mins too. You gotta boil it in water for 10 mins and then let it cool down before you can use again!! Boooo

Mine at least microwaves but u only supposed to have in u for 20 min intervals but I do it for longer love x I wud use that for home n get urself a microwave one for work?!? Xx ;-)

To continue the annoyance from this am re the overheard convo- call centre records all calls so bosses been to listen n it's my (supposed) Supervisor slaggin one off cc operatives n he heard it all so she's had to call him n apologise n it's all sorted but now boss has said we have to learn from it all n if we got nowt nice to say don't say anything! So we haven't all pm no one dare speak! It's all been blown out of proportion as ever! Our boss loves all the drama n haven to tell ppl off it makes her feel big! Well I won't be saying nowt! Then we will get done for that!!

Oo been to nurse for holiday vaccinations, only had to have Typhoid but my arm is killing it's like a painful lead balloon! I can't lift it up or down without it killing!

Mischa was great. Bit unfair to bring backstage stuff that may have happened onstage. She sounded great nonetheless. Marcus was good. The 2 groups didn't do rock songs I'm a rock chick myself so was a bit unimpressed by some song choices actually lol. I thought a Florence + the machine song would've been a better choice for Janet (bit more up tempo but would suit her voice iykwim?).
Am I the only one who really doesn't like that Frankie guy?
