You can do it Nanny D! Exercise is definitely addictive, once you've done a few laps to the end of the road and back, you'll find you want to go to the end of the road and a bit further.. :)

I actually walked approximately 1/2 mile today. Ached but it felt good. It wasn`t a dawdle either.
Blackberry bushes, they can be a pain. DIL`s Mum has problems in her garden, I have chopped and sawn many branches going through trees.

Heard this week, not sure if I have already mentioned it, my Sons dog Nancy has reached her 9th birthday. That was not expected. The family is going away for a week very soon so I will be able to look after her.

I wonder if anyone weighed today, I think upndown does Tuesday. I am going in the right direction at present.

Hexa - 350ml skimmed milk
hexb - wholemeal roll

B: pudding rice and frozen berries & 1 pear. Coffee
L: BNS Soup. 2 home made scotch eggs. With tomatoes. (1) Not bad. Coffee
Rest of rice & mullerlite toffee.
D: Sainsbury burgers (2) Boiled spuds egg & tomatoes. 1 wholemeal roll. Coffee
tom sauce (1) Berries in Jelly, yogurt

Thats it, just a coffee before bed now. Good day.

SYNS Total 4.1/2.

2 sainsbury sausages - 1
2 sainsbury burgers - 2
tom sauce sachet - 1
Rest of jelly - 1/2
 
Hello Everybody. Im late tonight. I did my usual 40 equivalent lengths swimming today.
Food- 2 toast. Lunch- 4 snackajacks with 2 laughing cow triangles 1 banana and a mullerlight. Dinner- beef hotpot , raspberries and mullerlight.

Good luck for group Upndown.
CJ after all the gardening and a busy day at work I think a night off the treadmill is definetly due.
Doreen- you are doing well with the walking.
 
Hi - hope everyone has had a good day and been on plan - I've had a funny day - been in and out and not had a lot to eat - a good thing before WI in the morning at SW class and Weds at home!!

B: hard boiled egg and salad

L: a pear and 2 satsumas

T: leftover Skinny Lizzie sausage casserole (1.5 syns) broccoli and carrots
FF from frais, toffee muller light with almond and vanilla essence, meringue (2.5 syns) and banana

Total Syns - 4

Drinks: 1L water in fruit tea and water, 1 coffee (part HEA in milk)

Exercise: 1 hour walk

Good day Upndown. That pudding :p. I also must try that oats breakfast, I always forget and have some in the cupboard. Having rice today tho.

Morning all. We are piling up the pages here. Looks like we are getting some sun today. Washing done, just need to put it out. Then breakfast and go for a walk. One of my neighbours goes to the top of the road and back in 27mins. ? It is a good 3/4 mile each way. I used to walk it when I was training for the race for life some years ago. I feel I have got a bit of an incentive at the moment, ..............
Spoke to NZ and he has booked tickets for Charlie & the Chocolate Factory for 2 dqays before he goes home. They are going to look around London first, I said I would meet them in the late afternoon. Don`t thibnk I can do all that walking. But with a bit of training, who knows. Watch this space.:eek:

Yes that's a great incentive - if u keep on with ur training - u'll be out-walking them and how about the London Marathon next April eh?

Glad the dog has exceeded his medical predictions - and that ur going in the right direction - I'm going back to class in the morning (Tues) but will also WI on Weds for Minis as I weigh first thing in the buff and will be heavier in SW class (not a good idea to strip off in class eh?
 
Good evening all,

Busy busy work day today, but it flew by, so no time to think of food! I came home, had a quick tidy of the house, made tea, now sitting watching tv.. I know I should be on the treadmill or something but not tonight lol

Food today -

breakfast - Keifer smoothie - Keifer (hexa), banana, half an apple, berries, spinach

Snack - cereal bar (hexb)

Lunch - leftover pasta from tea with peppers, sweetcorn, pasta sauce (1.5syns)

Snack - banana and cereal bar (hexb),

Tea - garlic fried potatoes, cheese omelette (max of 5syns cheese), salad, beans, mayo (1syn)

Total so far 7.5

May have some ice cream... (7) I'm a bit addicted hehe I love that I can have that!

not sure I'm so close to my goal the moment, but I'm hoping I'm not to far off when u get on those scales weds! I will see how it feels being 10.7, but I think I could happily stay that weight for a while, then maybe when I can stabilise it a that weight I could try loosing a little more. But I think I would struggle to maintain a lower weight lol

thanks for the blackberry tip! They are everywhere! I found one stalk in the trees that I had to chop it with a saw!! Lol there are some the other side of the garden that I will let grow. It's the ones right along the side of the house on the patio and under the patio door!

Yes I think if I was u I'd see how I felt at 10st 7 too - ur working hard with those nasty brambles great way to burn calories as well as improving the garden!!

I went to SW class today - nice group of ppl and consultant v good too - I weighed in at 10st 10 (dressed of course!) so SW scales showed 1lb heavier than mine - I also 'won' the raffle of fresh basil, peppers, aubergine and asparagus so all in all a good morning!! Think filling in a paper diary and handing it in to 'teacher' will be a good discipline!!

Up to this morning I've lost 1lb - so been very good today & will try to keep it that way :fingerscrossed:

Glad you went to class. The paper diary they like you to fill out for I think 3 weeks. |Then if not losing they have something to refer to.

Also you know that their scales weight you heavier. Mine weigh me 1lb lighter which is nice after I have jumped on my scales and gone eeeek!

Food has been another bread day. Breakfast 2 toast. lunch- crab sandwich. Tea- squash and sweet potato soup with 3 slices of bread. The soup was smashing. :)

Should have more syns really but don`t fancy anything. Coffee then bed.
Got a new phone today from the Orange shop. It not working. Phoned Orange but no good. Going back to the shop in the morning. It was a free upgrade nonetheless no phone. Hope it ok tomorrow at the shop.

Feeling really stressed, could do with a pint and a cigarette.
