My food for today.

Hexa milk
hexb 2 bread
B: bacon, eggs, beans 3 toast (2.1/2)
L: 2 bananas
D: Spag bol. Mince, swede, carrot, courgette and tomatoes & herbs Pasta
3 bananas.
SYNS
1 bread - 2.1/2


Should have more syns really but don`t fancy anything. Coffee then bed.
Got a new phone today from the Orange shop. It not working. Phoned Orange but no good. Going back to the shop in the morning. It was a free upgrade nonetheless no phone. Hope it ok tomorrow at the shop.

Feeling really stressed, could do with a pint and a cigarette.

Aaah Doreen - sorry to hear ur stressed why don't u have a drink - u have the syns - or perhaps an early night wd suit u better?

These flipping phones drive me round the bend and my boys laugh at me with mine.

I do hope so for Friday. I have some cider in the car but gonna have a coffee with the last of the Baileys in it and watch the Hotel Inspector which I have just discovered on tv. So goodnight all. I will be asleep by 10pm. xx

Weigh day tomorrow! I obviously don't know how much I put on, decided to stay in denial lol so I want to get as close as I can back to my lowest as possible. I will post tomorrow to let you know!

I have stayed to plan again today.

Breakfast - Keifer smoothie - Keifer (hexa), banana, half an apple, berries, spinach

Snack - cereal bar, banana

Lunch - Mediterranean mug shot, peppers, sweetcorn, ham

Snack - cereal bar

Tea - poached egg, bgty bacon rashers, beans, grilled tomato, micro chips.. 2 boxes lol (7 syns)

Pudding - 100g ice cream (7)

Good luck weds weighers and have a lovely day!

Good last effort CJ LOL for the morning - I'm the same every Tues!! This flipping dieting lark is a gas eh? Mo do u weigh on Weds - my memory is terrible:confused: must be my age eh? If so good luckx

Well seems I don't have any sense at all and certainly won't get any from the scales - I went to bed earlier having had a good on plan day - then for some reason came downstairs and gobbled everything sweet in sight - WHY????? So much for going back to class to keep me on track eh (my fault not class's of course!)

I do know where you are coming from and I always want to know WHY???? Let me know if you find the answer. I have been good but scales not showing anything again.
I did end up having 2 Baileys coffees last night but had only had 2.1/2 syns. Also had another 3 bananas.
 
Met my brother Albert by the river today. Really nice. Spent at least a couple of hours together and had coffee. He had a packed lunch with him and I got a sarni from T place. They only had thick bread so I had one slice with ham and tomato in it. Pleased with myself.
 
Hello Upndown. These things happen. we all have these urges to eat which are nothing to do with our rational thought processes. If we could overcome these food urges we would not be here trying to lose weight. Dont worry you are working so hard and have lost such a lot. Doreen you sound as though you had a really good visit with your brother smashing. I weighed today and think I have lost a lb but Im still not sure of the scales.

B: 2 bananas one coffee
L: ham & tomato sarni
D:pasta with 56g philli chilli cheese (4) 3 sausages (1.1/2) tomatoes.
Fresh pineapple.

Forgot a big bowl of BNS soup

My eldest son David came up this afternoon. He has sorted out my new phone with e-mail, internet etc.and found that I do have wi-fi. Sometimes it is real handy to have a guy around. Ah my boy.

Maybe this is the time to get new scales. When I got mine some years ago, I took them out of the box in the shop and weighed myself. :rolleyes:
 
Hello. I think maybe you are right Doreen. Well I did my 40 equivalent swimming lengths today.
Food. 1 slice of toast. Lunch- 2 bowls of squash and sweet potato soup with 3 slices of bread. 2 snack ajacks with laughing cow cheese.
Tea- a banana, a ham and mustard sandwich, raspberries with mullerlight. :)

L; Ham and pickle sandwich with oat bread ( which has given me belly ache) Using one as h/e tho probably shouldn`t, There was butter scraped on it as I forgot to say none.
Anyway 6 for the bread, 1 for the pickle, 2 for low fat spread. (9)

D: Pork chop, boiled spud processed peas. Followed by fruit & yog

Syns total 11
as above - 9
yog - 2
