Maybe this is the time to get new scales. When I got mine some years ago, I took them out of the box in the shop and weighed myself. :rolleyes:

I think many of us have a strange relationship with the scales!!
 
Sorry to have gone missing - Poppy has been ill again - sent home from school yest - I took her to the doc's - she now has ear drops - poor thing - she wanted to stay with us so this is her 2nd night here - and I've been too busy or tired to overeat - I've been on track since my late night binge - bit tired now so won't post my food nothing v exciting anyway.

I've enjoyed catching up on ur posts - ur all doing v well - not sure if I missed CJ's WI post or perhaps ur busy?

Well done to Mo and good luck to Doreen in the morning - I'll be back to normal 2moro (well as normal as poss 4 me!) Oh nearly forgot to say I stayed the same on Weds morning - lucky really after Tues feast!!
 
Sorry to hear about Poppy Upndown. Poor thing. It is nice when that want to stay with you isn`t it. Glad you are pleased with stay the same. I agree with you about the scales too. As for the will power with the bread I thnk I was showing my restraint to my brother.

Got weighed today and lost 2lbs. Am pleased with that. Have a good day all,. Oh and went to Zumba Gold for 3/4 hr after weighing.

B: bacon sarni with mush & sauce. (1) at class. Banana.....Zumba for 3/4 of an hour
L: BNS soup. scrambled egg with mushroom and a banana. Muller greek yogurt 1/2
D: Pork, peppers, onion & mushroom with pasta and 56g philli lite garlic & herbs.(4) Muller greek yogurt 1/2
Possibly fruit & yogurt later.
Syns total 5

Faye & Flynn here for the weekend., Zoo here we come.

I'm pleased u lost 2 Doreen - that's a good loss - then the Zumba - getting u off to a good start for next week too! Ur showing restraint comment made me laugh out loud!! U have a way with words!!

My food went ok today:

B: boiled egg and apple#
L: speed veg soup and banana
T: gammon, egg, beans & brown sauce (1 syn) with a side salad and a fruit salad & toffee Mullerlight with almond and vanilla extract with 35g dried apricots and 6 brazil nuts (1.5 HEB)
 
Hellooooo out there - very quiet - hope that means everyone's having a great Bank Hol Saturday - know Mo's on her travels!

I've pinched a few mins to post my food today from the lovely chaos here - 12 of us just sat down for a meal - but everyone's mucks in here so it's fun! Some late Easter egg swapping going on - and we've been given some chocs - just hope I can keep within syns aaaaahh!!

B: Muller light toffee yog with banana and dried apricots (HEB)
L: bacon, beet, peppers, carrot sticks and pickled onion
T: Chicken casserole, onion, celery, courgettes, cabbage.

Syns: choc 5 - bite of sausage 3 - 10 peanuts - 6?? TOTAL 14??

Hi - hope everyone's having a good weekend - my food for yesterday - not brilliant and only have today and 2moro for first (restart) WI at class - could be embarrassing!! Here's today's excesses!

B: Mullerlight yog and orange

L: Beef salad

T: Beef with meat juices (syns ??) carrots, onion, cabbage

Syns: ice crean 10?? choc 5 - meat juices 4? TOTAL = 19??
 
Hello from cloudy Wales - hope everyone's had a good day - mine's been odd - foodwise!

B: none

L: out with the family - steak, veg (no butter) salad (no dressing) Owen & Poppy 'helped' me eat the steak then I had waffle, butterscotch sauce and ice cream

Came back home & ate several slices of yesterday's roast beef with horseradish sauce, orange and an apple.

Think (hope) that will be it for food today - no idea how to count the syns????? WI at class will be interesting!!!
 
Hello Everyone. Im back from my travels. I have had 4 days completely off diet which is my first break since January. I have eaten all sorts. I think it will be hard going back on plan tomorrow but needs must and I will just have to get on with it. The weather has been really kind to us and we have really enjoyed our days away. In fact we coud happily have stayed a few days longer but my OH has work tomorrow. So its back to plan and swimming tomorrow. I hope everyone is fine. Doreen you sound as though you were having fun with the children. Upndown good luck for group tomorrow. Mo :)

Glad u've had a good break in the sun - it does u good doesn't it? Don't think u'll be on ur own struggling to get back on plan 2moro - p'raps we shd post hourly or every time we're tempted LOL!

Thx for ur good wishes but unless a miracle happens or I cut off a limb - can't see a good result at first (restart) WI at class!! Will report back.
 
lol lol I think the frequent posting tomorrow might be a good idea. At least it might stop me eating. :)

L: Small McCains jacket (1) ham beetroot toms
D: 2 pork chops, pasta, courgette onion pepper chilli sauce (4.1/2)
2 x jelliy (3) bananas & frozen fruit. Nat yogurt.
SYNS 11

We had a great time at the zoo. Was good until we got home.

Hello Everyone. Well Ive had 2 slices of toast and a banana. I swam equivalent of 35 lengths this morning. I have a pan of butternut squash and sweet potato soup cooking. Doreen. I hope the stress has gone. It really is a terrible feeling. Take care Mo :)
 
Hello again. Ive just eaten 3 dishes of soup with 3 slices of bread. It was lovely. :)
 
Supper was 5 snack a jacks. 3 with laughing cow,1 with marmite and 1 plain. Raspberries with mullerlight yoghurt. I hope everyone has had a good day. :)
