oreos -x4 (allow 20) looked all over SW site cant find Oreo's syns anywhere so being generous i think
so a bit large on the syns today but its * week and fancied something chocaltey so i guess it could have been worse? :/
right here i am back and hopefully my food diary can help me start getting the constant losses i require id be happy with 0.5lb every week as long as it was always coming off.......

Hi losingme - I usually lurk on here but i've just read through your diary for the first time and wanted to say thanks. You sound a bit like me atm - I've lost 2 stone this time on SW and have been pretty much stuck since Christmas now actually (it sounds awful when I put it like that!).
I have the best of intentions, then find myself halfway through a chocolate bar that I havent' factored into my syns and think "what am I doing!"

I'm off to WI tonight to see what the damage is, and am back on track from today as get married in just over 8 weeks (eek!). Would like at least a stone off for then! x
thanks sweety , i think alot of us have similar probs im sure you will get to goal you have a target in mind i just want ot lose so i guess i act like another week wont matter but ive gotta give it 100%
im sure you can do it you've done so great so far and have lost so much already the later lbs do take longer so take that in mind xx
