I know what you mean hun i have to succeed with this because i can do it again! Yeah im doing good now. had my 3 shakes, my small meal and 4 litres of water. Also done a 1 mile run again tonight. Thats every night since Thursday now whoop whoop lol.

It is a struggle and some days i know we will all find it hard on certain days but as long as we all help each other we will all get there xxxx

I've only been married 2 years and my husband is sick of me jumping from one diet to the next. I think to save the divorce papers I need to do this. No he is very supportive really but I get sick of my life being one big diet and getting no where.

I will post some over to you. I love the results this diet offers.

I've had some tough days but seeing the scales coming down makes it worth while.
 
Thanks Lyndzi I have been wallowing for a few weeks and only paying it lip service - so this week I am going to do ss+ four packs +200ml milk and really stick to it :):)

You will be 100% this week and it will show on WI. Do you have a date in mind for goal?
 
not really when ever it comes - I have no big event to work for my holiday is mid september so by then would be really good :):)
 
that is very do able if you stick to it...I would like to be at goal when I go away 28th August but that is never going to happen. Something always seems to get in the way. We go away a lot at weekends so food and drink seem to creep in all over the place but you still have to live. Also it's not a race.
 
we have a similar amount to lose and we can both do this if we can keep our heads in the right place - my problem like yours is life keeps getting the way - then my problem is not getting back on track properly :):)
but I need to do this and like you make it the last time - as long as I get there that is all I really want to do - get there then I can stay there :):)
 
At the moment I'm aiming for 11stone 7lb but I don't think I will be happy with that. But it will be alot better than the current weight I'm at.
 
Its a good target it takes you into the healthy range
my target is also a bit iffy
I will do the plan until I feel right in my body - I have set a low target simply because a bmi of 22.something is supposed to be good for those who suffer from arthritis - lets hope it works for me :):)
 
Well 3 full days then WI (Sat AM). I'm hoping for a 3lb loss anything less and I will be upset and anything more would be great :)

Yes I cheated while making husbands lunch for tomorrow. I had -
* 2 slices of ham
* cheese
* chocolate digestive

I wasn't hungry it was just the old habit of picking!!

Do you think it will effect WI alot?
 
No, I doubt it will even scat you out of ketosis, just draw a line under and up your water for the next 24 hours :)

as the girls have said extra water and I am sure you will be fine - on days when I have carbs (not often but sometimes we all slip) I also take myself off for a bit of an extra walk so I can use up any carbs the body wants to store :) that is not saying eat a biscuit and then walk and all will be fine - it just makes me feel better :):)

I am sure come weigh in it will be a good one
