Well so far I have had 3.5 litres so here is hoping. I am going to be 100% SS till WI now.

I have blown this weeks hard work and money. I have just eaten 2 pieces of bread.
I don't know how long I can or if I can continue with CD. I can not complete a full week without slip ups. I'm not strong enough.

I love my football and I'm desperate for a bottle of beer!! And it's only my second week of my re start.

Sorry to moan. Hopefully I will wake up feeling more positive.

Thanks for your support. The trouble is I don't feel guilty about it, I really liked it which I think makes it worse.

How are you getting on?

me I was up in the night and really struggled then
but today is another day and I can do this - if we only have the very occasional slip we will still get to where we want to go
just take us a little longer than some people that is all
have a great day and try writing down everything you have and when and see if patterns arise - like is there a danger time or something that triggers you

As long as you keep trying and the scales keep going down, your still winning. It doesn't matter how long it takes you as long as you don't give up altogether. :)
 
Having a bad day but not CD wise...just everything seems to be going wrong but I feel ok about it. I'm laughing it off at the moment!!

Stupidly with me neing in a strop this morning I forgot my tetra so I have ordered some lunch (Chicken, lettuce, cucumber & pepper salad) I was going to wait till I got home but then I run the risk of pigging out then.

I know aslong as the scales are going down Im winning but this is my 2nd slip up this week, I do not deserve to loose anything this week.

I'm such an idiot sometimes x x
 
I forgot mine too :)
but I do have two half shakes in my bag and the wizzer thingy so hoping they will be enough to keep me going today - as I have had no breakfast I was hoping to have a half shake about 11 tetra at about 1.30 and last half shake at four
but now trying to put off first half shake by downing the water

you will still have a loss this week :)

Please dont be down. We all have slip ups hun, blimey my diary is full of them yet the scales have still gone down. When i started cd last year i constantly had slip ups and it really got me down. I decided to have a weekend off and had food (as healthy as possible) just to get my head around things. It seemed to work for me and by the Monday i was 100% until the end. Have you asked yourself why? Maybe you should go off by yourself for a while, to a park or somrthing, write down all the questions you have in your head and then answer them 1 by one. You will then know exactly what it is you want and how you want to do it.

Lyndzi, the last 6 months has been one slip up after another for me hun, and guess what the scales are still going down. I've had some weeks where I've been good and then fallen off the wagon big time. But I think the key is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off...chase after the wagon and leap back on it.

Do this and you WILL keep losing the weight...it might take extra time, there might be deviations here and there, but so long as you're good most of the time you're winning the battle. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about on this subject. Everytime I feel like giving in, I tell myself that if I do I'll very quickly end up right back at the weight I was when I started, thats enough to scare me into a few good days.

Don't feel down about it, I know its hard! But you will get there!!! xxx
 
Thanks everyone, sorry I didn't reply last night think Karma came round to kick me up the arse for scoffing. I was soooo constipated last night I was in agony. I took some laxitives and went to bed. At 4am has terrible stomach cramps so went to the loo, still no movement but could feel it gurgling inside. Eventually after an hour on the loo I squeezed it out (sorry tmi). But since I have been running to the loo every half hour. Ha ha. That will teach me. Only managed 1 litre so far so I'm probably very dehydrated. Feel better now so must get through the water.

WI tomorrow. Here is hoping for some kind of loss even though I don't deserve it. x x
 
Haha, you must have removed the blockage and released the flow?! lol. Talking about poo...seeing as you started it, when I've done CD before I have only pooed every few days. This time around I am pooing as regular as I would be on normal food. All be it smaller qunatities....! Only difference is I am on tetras only, do you think that's making the difference??
 
The first time I did CD I also only went every 2-3 days but like you this time I have been everyday I think (I also have increased the amount of tetra's I am having). Thats why my constipation last night took me by surprose.

For me that is the biggest down side of the diet :0(

I take a dulcoease on alternate days to keep me regular - that is on top of 4 teaspoons of fibre a day - do try to keep yourself regular now you have been
the other think I have used when I have had too (only twice) is glycerine suppositories - I dont like using them but sometimes needs must - I find this more gentle that the laxatives

WI Results

I lost 5lb this week, which I did not deserve as I was a little nauhty this week and ate -
*2 slices of bread
*chunk of cheese
*2 slices of ham

I think I had this good loss as last month was TOTM. I must be good this week and have another good loss.

Thank you for all you posts and support this week I have been on abit of a downer and you have all helped me loads x x
