Lyndzi after Saturday night I'm back on this 100%, I've arsed about this week, picking and eating and generally screwing up, so I know I'm up for a whopping gain on Wed if I don't try and minimise the damage in the meantime. I have to meals I HAVE to go to this weekend, then thats it, 100%, no excuses!!
I feel terrible about slipping up so spectacularly but then I remind myself I'm only human and it's pointless feeling bad for doing it. Just need to look forwards not backwards!! Well done for being positive hun xxx
