If you stay on track until Thursday weigh in, then there's no way those 2lbs will still be lurking!
 
The scales are telling me I have gained 2lb and it's not shifting either!!! Argghh but it's my own fault.

I'm hoping if I'm 100% till Saturday morning it will shift, here is hoping and to remaining good (very good)

My problem is i know that if i do shift the 2lb that still means a STS wi on Thurs which ididnt want :(
Oh well i can only blame myself. I still cant get my head around the fact that 1 day can do that much damage.

Lyndzi: Its annoying isnt it grrrrrrrr I was so looking forward to being that little bit closer to goal. So near yet so far!!! I know its only a few lbs until target but i had my heart set on hitting target over the next couple of week and i was hoping to go up to 1000 on Thurs. Thats not going to happen now :(
 
End of My CD Road!!

I think I may of come to the end of my CD road. I'm struggling with a few things-
*Struggling sleeping and being very tired. Between struggling to fall asleep and weeing I'm struggling
*Hard bloated tummy.
*Constipation
*And the one that is really bothering me. My periods are all over the place, I'm bleeding more often than not throughout the month. I have PCOS but though I would be regular now I was back on the pill.

I love this diet and the results but I don't know what to do. :cry:
 
Well have you spoken to your consultant
I can so sympathise with the sleeping (well not sleeping) and weeing in the night etc - I have been like this for months now - I try not to have anything to drink after about 7 and I try not to go to bed early to catch up - I was doing that then my sleeping patterns really got worse

the hard and bloated tummy/constipation - I too have this and find massaging my tummy and having a warm bath really helpful - I also used a gycerine suppository the other day and now have fibre every day to keep me regular - so far its helping - not a complete recovery but its helping

I have no idea with the periods
but do go back to your doctors and tell them all this - the pill might just not suit you or they might have another suggestion
I too today posted about this journey coming to an end - but some good friends on here helped me see things a little differently - and I am going to continue for the next few weeks and am seriously considering doing the 1000 plan with two meal replacements and fruit and a meal

hope you can think this through
I lose weight so slowly on ww and sw that I will be sticking with this for as long as I can

Sorry you are feeling like this ((HUGS)). I would not make the decision straight away. How about you go up to a higher plan (1000, 1200) for a bit to relieve the constipation and see if it helps with the periods. That way you will still lose but with the benefit of having a bit of a break.

I agree, definately speak to ur cdc and see what she says babe. I know deep in your heart you dont want to give up all together so try and think of a temp alternative xxxxx
 
Aw Lindzi sorry you're struggling so badly. I'd definitely speak to your CDC like the others suggest, and even moving up the plans for a bit might give you a bit of relief from being bunged up. Have you tried taking psyllium husks from holland and barratt? They worked for me in the past they're a fibre, or there's the Fibresure stuff which you can add to your shakes once things are moving again to prevent further constipation. But you need to get things on the move again first, I took sennacot, it's quick on gentle.

I really hope you get sorted out with your periods too, have you been to the docs recently? xxx
 
ooh Lyndiz the poo issue will i finished wrk at 3 got a taxi home and opened the front door straight up stairs to bed i went and just now.!!

poo movement has happened since sunday try these from Holland and barrats POTTERS CLEANSING HERB TABLETS. for relief of constipation it reali works hun take two xx

but speak to ure CDC or PM KD for advise?? xxx
 
Well the poo issue is sorted I have been taking DulcoEase.

I have made a decision I think...I'm going to continue with CD (SS) but make an appointment to see my doctor and I'm due for a cervical screen test anyway, so 2 birds with 1 stone and all that.

The scales aren't moving at all this week. On Saturday the scales said 14.3 but they have gone to 14.5 and not showing any signs of coming down.
 
Hun i am so glad you are going to continue. Glad the toilet isse has sorted itself. I need to get some DulcoEase as i am having the same issue.

Im also having the same issue with the scales. Mine say 2lb gain and they are not moving :( ive only got until Thursday until WI so looks like i am screwed this week. I hate these sort of weeks coz it makes me want to throw in the towel and stuff my face (not that i will) I am just hoping that i either sts or even lose 1lb by Thurday but i think i need a miracle. Im goint to try and ss today to see if that helps.

I received a comment today saying how good i look which was nice, however she continued to say you dont need to be on that diet. grrrrr yes i do!!!! I still have weight to lose so please just let me get on with it lol

just a thought would a small meal ss+ help do you think with bowel problems
and just to add my lament my scales arent moving either :)
 
My scales aren't moving either, in fact they might even be slighty up. I'll be so depressed if I haven't lost by WI tomorrow evening, all the struggles of SS need a reward to make it worthwhile..lol
 
I'm slipping into bad habits again while on CD SS.
I need to get focussed and stop picking.
Kez the scales will move for us tomorrow

fingers crossed for us all. My wi is tonight @ 5.30.

My scales say sts now so i hope that cdc scales at least say the same xxx
 
My scales are showing a slight drop, but I haven't got weigh in till half 7, so am going to be super full of water by then. Don't think I am going to be looking at the scales tonight to be honest.
 
im aiming to of had my 3 litres by 3pm latest so i have 2 1/2 hours to pee it out lol.

Psyllium Husk is fantastic for getting things moving in the digestive sense. It makes the soups and shakes thicker too and therefore more satisfying.

When I was on CD adding this Husk turned things around for me because I too suffered horrid constipation.
 
Good luck for WI, you should be getting ready to jump on the scales! I am ceasing all drinking from this moment, WI at half 7.
