I bought a wobble board from fitness mad - for me and my weak Achilles heel and for my kids to help with balance and core strength .. My OH whose stronger and thinner with good core muscles lol can't do it lol my 3 yr old does it so easy - me I'm doing better than my OH lol

Have had a good weekend food wise .. And scales dropped again this morning. :)
 
Scales dropped again today, only a little bit ! But it all helps

Hungry today - recon its the cold and the fact I'm still lacking energy from when my youngest son was sick - and slept badly

I'm hungry today as well, I am fasting and struggling today. I don't think the weather is helping.
 
Have been "hungry" today - craving carbs - I think due to the weather, and general lack energy

So had various things including dried fruit, dark choc.. My choc coconut cookies (no real sugar in them) - in the end I had one of the gluten free hot cross buns .. They were ok, but not fantastic - glad I had one as my "head" had been thinking about them lol now it knows they not worth thinking about .. Also took 2 glutamine tables - which are meant to help with carb cravings ;)

You've worked off a lot of calories today hunni, are you finding you can still manage exercise on a fast day x

My fast day starts tomorrow (or now lol) just been to a wing chun class - was good fun :) kcal burn 468.. I missed the warm up lol

Fast day today.. Loads water ;)

Breakfast: 10 nuts - 5 almonds 5 macadamia

Lunch: salad with tuna and mayo

Dinner: courgette with garlic butter and toasted pine nuts

Breakfast I had at about 11am.. 5 macadamia nuts - had loads water.

Ok I need to go to the supermarket - no salad.. Except lettuce

Lunch: 2 egg omelette, mushrooms, lettuce cooked in little bit butter and swish mayo on lettuce (1tsp ish)

Dinner still looks to be what I've planned ;)

Fasted yesterday - I felt so cold and was hungry with it too. But managed to stick to 699 kals

Had blood test today, so fasted from yesterday to when I Finished blood test at 10:45 .. So hungry - bought cheese and a bag of seeds and dried fruit .. Better than what my head wanted cup hot choc and a nice cake of some kind lol

Are you aiming to fast on that level of cals? The book I've got says 500 for a woman, damn hard though but I managed it & so on monday will just remind myself I've done it once & can do it again!

I'm keeping trying to stay to the 500 - yesterday I made a mistake with having the cream with the fruit - didn't check the cals in it before I added 1 spoon - also didn't look at the label ! Silly mistake really - I had bought some soup to have as well, ah well lesson learnt lol always next time :) .. I also got really cold - I had turned the heating down, day before. Which didn't help when I was cooking dinner for everyone else.

Which 5:2 are you following? There seem to be so many

I read the book 5:2 written by Dr Mosley
So I know the limit should be 500 kcals on a fast day :) just struggle keeping it that low, but am getting better each time I do it lol if I had not made the mistake with the cream I prob could have coped :)

2 fast days a week - but not in a row - did Tuesday and Thursday kcals a bit higher than 500

I'm thinking a soup/ broth would work well on fasting days .. I've kind of got over the soup and toast habit lol

Same book I have... I'm making red pepper & tomato soup tomorrow in prep for next week & will freeze it in batches, works out at 60 cals per serving
