Have been "hungry" today - craving carbs - I think due to the weather, and general lack energy
So had various things including dried fruit, dark choc.. My choc coconut cookies (no real sugar in them) - in the end I had one of the gluten free hot cross buns .. They were ok, but not fantastic - glad I had one as my "head" had been thinking about them lol now it knows they not worth thinking about .. Also took 2 glutamine tables - which are meant to help with carb cravings

Fast day today.. Loads water
Breakfast: 10 nuts - 5 almonds 5 macadamia
Lunch: salad with tuna and mayo
Dinner: courgette with garlic butter and toasted pine nuts

Fasted yesterday - I felt so cold and was hungry with it too. But managed to stick to 699 kals
Had blood test today, so fasted from yesterday to when I Finished blood test at 10:45 .. So hungry - bought cheese and a bag of seeds and dried fruit .. Better than what my head wanted cup hot choc and a nice cake of some kind lol

Are you aiming to fast on that level of cals? The book I've got says 500 for a woman, damn hard though but I managed it & so on monday will just remind myself I've done it once & can do it again!
