Ah ok! I was just checking everyone hasn't lost nearly a stone in the first week haha!

Do you think your making it too complicated with all the rules your following?!

Can't you just take it back to the basics of 5:2 an just focus on cc. I think perhaps combining all the plans your trying to may w counter productive - it's just a theory though xx

Intermittent Fasting is part of primal/ paleo eating anyway just not tried it before now as was not sure how to do "it" lol

I also feel much better since cutting wheat,plus most grains and legumes etc out.. Also last time I ate wheat I felt really sick with tummy ache ended up vomiting - so really don't want to feel like that again!! So anytime I think mmmm I want to eat an apple turn over - I remember how ill I was :)

No that's fair enough I would just find the added restriction harder but you've clearly looked into it :)

After my Fasting day Monday I was the same weight as my official WI on Sat, but today after my up day my weight has dropped again - would be nice if it was a similar number on Sat morning lol

Fasting again today;

Celery with feta & peppadew mild peppers
Celery and cashew butter
Roast chicken asparagus and broccoli touch butter

Yesterday fasted but kcals were higher than the 500 - prop about 700 ish week before totm is my hardest time with big carb cravings and my normal way of dealing with those cravings didn't work!

Have you thought about those husks (can't think what they're called) for your carb cravings....
 
Lol just had a load of crap this morning lol gluten free hot cross buns, Florentines, ice cream, hot chips .., Plus other gluten free stuff.

Note to self. Do not order on-line shopping on a fasting day!!

Kind of feel better lol. and have just to put a few bits in the bin!! ;)

Just been to mcDs - grilled chicken salad with bacon no dressing with diet coke 190 kcals.

No chips eaten

Didn't you go to KFC yesterday?! Can you not retrain your family to avoid those places! I'm sure it'll make you life sooooo much easier! It must be so much harder having to go into places like that! Xx

Normally "when" we go I just have hot wings no chips and water - yesterday I wanted to overload on carbs - the week/ 10 days before my period I suffer bad carb cravings - not sugar so much just potatoes/ hot chips with added salt (lots of salt!) lol

So 1/2 the month I have control - just like today mcDs just had salad no chips - then later as was with OH who treated us to a meal out - I shared with my kids lol 2 small sausages (kids ate 1 each) and small spoon of mash ., my day has been light eating - have done 2 fasts this week - need a light day/ fast day today because of how much I ate yesterday :) feel better carb cravings wise tho - which I count as good !

WI this morning another 300g (0.66lbs) down :)

For the last 3 weeks I've lost 300gs a week so weight coming down slowly :)

Biggest thing is that my trousers that had been a bit tight

Well done but I am really jealous that you've lost with that 3000 cal day the other day!!! I'm looking as though I'm gonna have gained this week with my highest day being 1800 & 2 500 cal days :(

Sat and Sun have been very high kcal wise, had chinese Sat night -had a rice noodle combination soup.. and tonight was out at Frankie and Benny's - had full rack ribs -asked for no sauce -waiter looked shocked lol and a house salad -which was rather nice! Had a few chips but not that many -still had loads left on my plate

Had a small bit of birthday cake - ate the fruit and cream on the top and a bit of the jam in the middle but left almost all of the sponge .. My sister in laws thought it was funny of me - but I did tell them I'm not eating wheat bread, and other wheat items etc I also turned down some blaklava - un heard of lol

Had strawberries, grapes, nuts and raisins - plus 3 chocolates (mine plus 2boys) - no crisps etc
 
Fasting today, already drunk 2 litres water - must have been dehydrated !! So thirsty !
