Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

WI today is 87.3kg (300g down ) slowly coming down :)

WI after my 2nd fast day was 87kg. ( Which would be 600g loss) But as my WI day is Sat I'm sticking with that and eventually I will see the difference !

Def notice my tummy is fatter and my lower tummy area is less too as my trousers are looser / fit better lol

Have you made an error with your numbers?! Did you mean after second fast you weighed less than wi today?!

Or have I read it wrong - I'm am having a blond day so I may have! Lol x
 
I think I twigged a sneaky wi after fast and that's your lowest of the week but official was 300g more than that?! X

Yes official is 300g more than after my unofficial weigh in after a fast day .. I'm ok with that as my weight is starting to come down again. Mind you pretty slow going :)

Waaaa I get so confused with kg's I have no idea how you have done :( but well done that's it's gone down x

300g is about 0.66lbs

I'm doing pretty well with my diet coke reduction

I'm having it only fri/ sat and sometimes sun but nothing Mon- Thursday :)

I'm even choosing water at mcDs and KFC when/ if we go

Feeling pleased about that

That's good, mine is right down too, probably 3-4 cans a week, have been drinking water (well squash) actually had my 2 litres today
 
I drink my diet coke alongside my water. It's a god send on fast days as it fills me up temporarily - I will drink about 3 cans on a fast day.
 
Fast day today.. Plus kettlercise this morning if my youngest son will sit and be a good boy :) while I get hot and sweaty lol

Only had water so far - will have my primal fuel shake after kettercise class!

Kettlercise class went ok and felt ok afterwards, had my primal fuel shake (1 scoop) made with coconut water at 11am.

Next meal chicken salad.. later ...

Well Done for doing an exercise class while fasting. I might try doing some wii fit later, better than sitting on my bum thinking about food!
 
Today has gone well, 1 hour kettlercise, and a 90 min wing chun class
On a fasting day. Not hungry now., but looking forward to tomorrow..

I never fast and exercise bc I fast at work - I think if I spun and fast I'd pass out! So well done you! X

Kcals eaten 553 and 903 kcals exercise
No diet coke - just water :) at least 2 litres today
Had a protein shake for "brunch" which I think helped.

I started the fasting beginning of March, 1st week loss was 1.4kg (3lbs) totm was a non fasting week, gain of 800g. Last 2 weeks I've lost 300gs a week.. So counting my totm week gain last 4 weeks loss 1.2kgs (2.6lbs). I'm happy it's coming down - I think it would come down quicker if my "up" days were lower in cals - so working on that ;) lol as always

Everybody is different in how they loose - the way I eat I need to keep my carbs within a certain level and I've not been doing that as strictly recently - ok no bread, rice or pasta - but some potato and dried fruits and other snacks creeping in on my up days.
