Had a primal fuel shake with almond milk - tastes better with coconut water!

Lunch was good tuna salad with some mayo

Dinner : my pressure cooker exploded with a hiss and a gush of steam .. Omg I got such a fright! Lucky lid didn't come off !! My OH laughed at me later after we all calmed down - he said I squealed like a "girl" lol

Diet coke and salami, plus wee bit chocolate later - oh yeah was meant to be fasting ... 842 kcals as far as I can work out .. Might be more .. Oops .. Will fast again Wednesday .. Have some soup I made today - was going to be lunch

Drank loads water today, been to the loo loads too .. All the rubbish I've eaten for last 3 days ;)

Ate loads today! But no diet coke yay! Also go a refund on my pressure cooker and got a tefal one instead - here's hoping that works better!

I'm fasting again tomorrow - planned it - now just need to stick to it !

I'm 2/3 days away from TOTM - but I'm hoping that my increase in carbs on my up days will help with my craving on my down days - I crave carbs and salt 7/10 days before I'm due on.. This time Last mth I had a gain at my weekly WI - TOTM and failed fast days ., so I'm hoping this theory works - fingers crossed! Lol

I'm also going to try doing 3 fast days ( mon/ wed/ friday). As I am enjoying how I feel after fasting :)

Fasting today. Lots of Water today .. Scales up 1.2kg (2.6lbs) I think that will be sorted out as long as I stick to the "fast" today :)

Right mrs, I am fed up of you beating me every week with steps, this was a close one tho hehe ;)

Have drunk just over 5 L water today.. Fast today was almost 900 kcals - must remember not to eat and talk on the phone .. Ate more than I intended of some lamb I was having as my dinner !
Also ate a bit of chocolate - but did resist the gluten free choc cookies I have in the cupboard !

The soup was good, even OH liked it :)

Will see what scales say in the morning ;)

Unofficial WI after "fast" 800g (1.7lbs) down but still 400g (.88lbs) up from last Sat WI

So will be doing a low kcal day "fast" on Fri too

Over the long weekend we had Chinese, and meals out .. I know that Chinese food def makes me retain/ gain even if I'm only having noodle soup., takes almost 3/4 days before I start loosing again.

Have another family birthday - this weekend too!

I think Chinese meals are full of sodium! It's the soy sauce etc! Xx

My TOTM has arrived / Joy :( At least my carb craving will/ should disappear ;) back to lower carbs from tomorrow ..

Scales up by 500g from yesterday, but 900g up since last official WI - so 87.9 - let's see what Tomorrow brings ..

Am fasting today :) and back to limiting carbs - bye bye potatoes and gluten free things for another few weeks ;)

Official WI 86.7 kg 300g loss :)

Ok so in the last 4 weeks I've lost 300g a week (0.66 lbs) so that's 1.2kg ( 2.6 lbs) slowly slowly catchy monkey.. Run monkey run ;)
