Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

What a great day today high of 11!!! and sunny wow :O

Scales still the same after my up day yesterday :) today has been a good day - kept my self away from potatoes and rice / just ate bit too much dark choc .. Day 4 TOTM disappears and all symptoms too - but by evening all comes rushing back including the carb cravings - happy I didn't give into any other naughty bits lol

Went to the park with OH and boys with bikes - went round 3x jogging some of it too :)

Aiming to fast tomorrow, but think we have friends coming for dinner which might be difficult.. But day will be busy rushing about - doing stuff

Ave this week for kcals 1500 (ish) ok with that :)

Looking to fast 2 or 3 days this week - also keep my carb levels to 100 or less most days :)

Did you decide to fast today? I am fasting today. I only managed one day last week which was not good, the other days I ate way too much and now I have a massive gain.

Back in the zone now, 2 fasting days this week and calorie management over the weekend!

I started off fasting - but now have family come for dinner - roast lamb, salad etc so if I come in under 1000 I'm ok with that .. Will do 3 days this week now .. Wed and Friday

Fasting today. Scales were up a little but not a lot, so ok with that.

Brunch: frozen berries with yogurt
Lunch : primal fuel shake made with coconut water
Dinner: homemade ricotta with courgette spirals, garlic and a chicken breast steak

Loads of water :) as not drunk much last few days - when its cold don't like water so much

Fasting day has been ok, no massive cravings and no other people for dinner ;)

Ended my day on 666 kcals
Ended swapping my primal shake for macadamia nuts. Enjoyed the garlicky courgette .. But need a bit of something something to help with the after taste lol had 1 sq of dark choc which sorted the problem :)

Have drunk 2L water today - might have a bit more before bed to bring it up to 3L

Going to aim for an early night :)

Scales show a good loss after my fast day :) hoping it continues for Sat WI :)

Have not had breakfast yet, just not that hungry ., Funny really as while ago I would have got the shakes, and felt faint - quite amazed really lol

Yes yesterday was a much easier day, will be fasting again on Friday - I'm thinking of generally doing 3 days during the week - not just 2 days Mon/ wed/ fri. Sat WI and updays during the weekend - which deals to friends and family gatherings.

Scales up a wee bit after my eat day, today is a fast day.

Didn't have anything till 12 noon
Primal fuel (1 scoop) with 400ml coconut water
20g macadamia nuts - could not resist - prob better than the berries and yogurt

Dinner : roast chicken and veggies

Oh well not really a "fast" day - more like an under 1000 kcal day - oldest son is sick with a vomiting bug - and I couldn't say no to my head .. Ooh look the berries are all thawed out - mmm just eat them., no good tomorrow .. Only a few macadamia nuts left.. I didn't weigh them so might have over assumed the amount lol

3 low kcal (fasting) days this week, WI tomorrow :)

WI lost another 300g (.66lbs) lol 86.4kg

Have been loosing 300g a week now for a while .. Maybe once I add in some exercise it will come down quicker ;)
