No.. Bit annoyed - but youngest has mystery viral spots ... Weird but been told to keep him home ..

Last 6+ weeks have not been to my exercise class due to kids & me then kids again being sick..

I'm feeling bit tired, fed up.. Lost my focus really .. Which happens when I feel like this - I just don't have any get up and go.. Just want to sleep - have a cant be assed attitude going on. :(

I also have a foggy head .. Not really a head ache but just .. My brain feels all sleepy..

Been having a few issues with my shoulder too., still not right and house work is making it worse pain wise .. Been to doc and they are going to try some acupuncture on it .. Had one short session and it seems to have made a small difference.. Really hoping it helps as repeated movements are hurting .. Think maybe my foggy headaches are coming from the shoulder pain ..

I have about 90% movement back it just the last bit that is causing problems!

Bless you! That 10% is vital hey, thought I'd got it but it appears to have stayed at home while I'm on holiday ;)

Acupuncture worked wonders for my wrist when physio had failed it, I was amazed so hopefully it will do the same for you x

Quite excited my vibram fivefingers arrived .. Once I managed to get them on they are comfortable .. But been just wearing round the house to get used to them ..

I couldn't wear them either but I love flip flops if I could where them all the time I would!!! X
 
Lol I'm hoping they will help with my heel issues, pronating and flat footedness lol

I can notice after wearing them that my right leg muscles are tired - which I'm hoping is the fact that they are building new muscles strengthening the weak areas.

The toes are not tight like toe socks there's room to wiggle :) I'm finding they are nice to wear

WI today.. 100g (0.2lb) gain ... Was not as bad as I thought it would be... Phew ... I'm 87.7kg

Aunt Bessie's roast potatoes .., have a coating of wheat flour...
Ben & Jerry Chocolate Fudge Brownie.. Has a brownie made from wheat in it!!!
Toast.. Is made from wheat !!

I know wheat makes me feel rubbish!! Stop myself making unwise food choices !

Kids back at school Monday - I will make myself goto Kettlebell class!!

Ooh, love Ben and Jerry's Choc Brownie - i happily face the consequences when I allow myself some (which I don't do very often as I believe it's illegal to eat less than a whole big tub, lol). :D xx
 
I over pronate when I run - but these trainers wont be the best for that bc they're a neutral trainer you need a stabilising shoe.

I went to a running shop and they measured my gait etc! These are more likely to make your pronation and flat foot worse xx
 
I have trainers that stabilize my feet .. The chiropractor has been straightening my hips and maybe sorting that out too ., but have not tried jogging in them yet.. So will just have to see.
