Last 6+ weeks have not been to my exercise class due to kids & me then kids again being sick..
I'm feeling bit tired, fed up.. Lost my focus really .. Which happens when I feel like this - I just don't have any get up and go.. Just want to sleep - have a cant be assed attitude going on.
I also have a foggy head .. Not really a head ache but just .. My brain feels all sleepy..
Been having a few issues with my shoulder too., still not right and house work is making it worse pain wise .. Been to doc and they are going to try some acupuncture on it .. Had one short session and it seems to have made a small difference.. Really hoping it helps as repeated movements are hurting .. Think maybe my foggy headaches are coming from the shoulder pain ..
I have about 90% movement back it just the last bit that is causing problems!

Quite excited my vibram fivefingers arrived .. Once I managed to get them on they are comfortable .. But been just wearing round the house to get used to them ..
