Feet hurt from wearing my nice red sandals..,

Had BBQ meat, loads salad.. 1 pita, plus a small bit of cake

Followed by a Chinese combination ho fun noodle soup. Had 3/4 of ho fun noodles and 1/2 soup liquid.

Bright sunny Monday morning, kids back to school.. Got my fivefinger's (shoes on) my track pants, sports bra, HRM, fitbit .. Hi Ho off I go ..

I dropped kids off , and let the Kettlebell trainer know I'm coming .. just finished my class.. Legs and arms feel like jelly!! Burnt 399 kcals .. Glad I went!

Also fasting today, but will be eating my exercise kcals back .. So looking at keeping kcals under 1000 today.. Or what ever exercise kcals plus the normal 500 kcals ..

So today I feel good - I'm fasting, plus I've been to my Kettlebell class.. Feel like I've achieved something today!

Oh well my day fasting has gone to pot.. 3 bits gluten free bread, butter and jam .. After kids drove me insane in supermarket ... :( my OH just let me know some relative is coming for dinner too..

I was thinking of you today when I read my Good Food magazine. I didn't realise spelt flour isn't gluten free! Spelt is actually ancient wheat so contains wheat and gluten. Interesting how we need to check and not presume

Officially fell into the loaf of bread!! That's dinner for me then! Feel rubbish now :( Why do I do this to myself!!!!

The stress of my kids fighting over everything! Littlest one is tired and grumpy., oldest is tired and being annoying to littlest one.. Littlest is screaming at oldest, lost the will to think !

Agggghhhh!! Know exactly what you mean!! I have a 13 year old and a 3 year old....and its normally the 3 year old being horrid to her big brother!! Lol tomorrow's a new day! :)

I'm just so tired at the moment .. Just one late night and I can hardly function next day.. Can't be assed to write or read stuff. Which is not like me at all!!

I'm just lacking mojo.. Ever since I had tonsillitis I've been feeling exhausted and finding it hard to get back my focus ... I don't get much of a break as my OH doesn't do much of anything round the house or with the kids. Sometimes I try to nap during the day when it gets to much, but what. Need is to go to bed at 9pm or earlier every night.. But just doesn't happen often enough .. To much to do :)

Supplements are helping slowly .. Any way going to bed in a min .. Night all!
 
Not like you at all honey, maybe you need a herbal pick me up, Kat is a darling & mixes me Bach flower remedies that stop me going insane (although that may be a matter of opinion ;))
 
Went to kettle bell class tonight, HRM says 460 kcals .. It was hard work tonight, my face was beet red after!

Kettlebell swings with a jump on the up swing, another swing then a jump back, swing jump, swing swing jump .. Gets your heart rate pumping and I could almost see wee black dots
Then Bicep curls .. Followed by the same but alternative swing jumps lol glad instructor was joking about Kettlebell chest press with star jumps lol

I have doc appt Monday so.. Going to try for Tuesday night class and Thursday night

My plan is 2x week using 4kg and 2.5kg ( Right shoulder weaker)

My legs definitely don't ache as much after my 2nd Kettlebell class..

Ive got to WI today and I know I've gained .. Been so not eating how I want to ., feel so lack luster..,

Plan for this week;
1. no more wheat items / they have been sneaking back in :(
2. 2 low kcal days - fasting has helped with my period - since I've been fasting my period lasts 5 days not 8 (big wow!)
3. Need to keep my carbs under 100 daily, which I can do if I focus - learn portion control with my dried fruit snacks.. I do not need to eat the whole packet!
4. Be bothered to cook :)
5. Kettlebell class 2x week
