Sounds as though you know what you need to do & now it's just concentration to do that but you know you can... Stay away from temptation (& MaccyDs & KFC ;))

My legs definitely don't ache as much after my 2nd Kettlebell class..

Ive got to WI today and I know I've gained .. Been so not eating how I want to ., feel so lack luster..,

Plan for this week;
1. no more wheat items / they have been sneaking back in :(
2. 2 low kcal days - fasting has helped with my period - since I've been fasting my period lasts 5 days not 8 (big wow!)
3. Need to keep my carbs under 100 daily, which I can do if I focus - learn portion control with my dried fruit snacks.. I do not need to eat the whole packet!
4. Be bothered to cook :)
5. Kettlebell class 2x week

I've not had wheat items .. Apart from some modified starch in a few tubs custard (sigh!) oh and an ice cream cone ..

dried fruit I think gives me a sugar buzz/ high followed by a headache :(

Ate too much today ! But since I was feeling full have been and thrown out a few bits .. Rest of tubs of custard, after eight squares almost full box.

No diet coke since Sunday.. But I really want some.

Anothet gentle nudge.....;) postives are...that you "haven't" had diet coke even though you've wanted it, you threw away all that lovely food so have removed the temptation, and have realised that your sugar rush has mafe you feel crappy.... all sounding good and determined to me! Hope you feel more positive tomorrow. Xx

May was pretty much a write off for me so I know how you feel, it can be really hard to stay focused sometimes.

Hope your day is going well.
 
My aim today is to come in under 1000 kcals - I found that when I did a 500/600 kcal day I binge ate the next day.. I'm hoping that with keeping the kcals under 1000, I can still loose weight and have a normal food day the next day..

Yesterday went ok :) ate a bit more dark choc than I planned .. Blaming that I'm due on soon lol

But still that's 3 days no diet coke!!

Of course today I'm having diet coke lol as have friends coming for lunch/ dinner - lunch roast Chook and salad but dinner is Chinese .. Can't see me getting a loss this week as Chinese always makes me "retain"

Still I have my Down Day on Friday - 1000 kcals or less :)

Had a good day/ evening yesterday with our friends .. Was a very late night! Had Chinese but had no rice or noodles just chicken and bamboo shoots, crispy duck (no pancake) bokchoy .. Ribs, crispy seaweed.. All very yummy :)

Today fasting (my way)
Ham and feta - breakfast with aloe Vera juice and a fennel tea.. 67 kcal

Lunch - KFC out with friends clothes shopping before they left (no kids - like wow!) 425 kcals

So total before dinner.. 492 kcal

Dinner is salmon and salad/ veg for me

Ok dinner was not salmon and veg.. I fell asleep on the couch after my very late night understandable lol. When I woke up an hour later I forgot I was "fasting" and ended up eating left over Chinese, ice cream etc including a wee bit of rice, 1/2 a boiled egg .. Can't remember the rest ! Then I remembered .. But way to late!

Good news is that after a week of almost no wheat!! I'm feeling so much better!!

Bad news. Gained 200g (0.4lb) know this is from the Chinese!
Also have taken a couple co-dryadamol as my shoulder has been painful/ achy after the acupuncture Monday and my vacuuming and cleaning on Thursday didn't help. The tablets make me retain every thing lol

The acupuncture is helping as I can see my shoulder is moving a bit better - the Physio exercises I do are less achy but afterwards it painful, which I'm hoping means its working lol have another acupuncture appt in 2 weeks

Review
Did ok with no wheat- or almost none :)
Did 1 low kcal day of 1000 ish kcals
Due to Doc appt and friends visiting no kettle bells this week- but did plenty of walking
Need to work on my carb levels

Plan for this week;
1. continue with no wheat items - as I feel better with out them!
2. 2 low kcal days - under 1000 kcals
3. Need to keep my carbs under 100 daily.
4. Be bothered to cook :)
5. Kettlebell class 2x week- Monday morning and Thursday evening

6. Maybe go to a salsa class Monday evening - one just started up 5 mins down the road ;). Might have to sweet talk OH so he's ok with me going .. He has a weird idea that salsa class is a place men go to pick up girls not learn where their other left foot is?! Lol Of course he hasn't been to a class before - only salsa clubs / which of course is where he met me lol (um.. Picked me up) lol
