Nope don't hate you ..
thank you for saying it!
Def going with primal eating - which is grain free, legume free, limited potatoe(ok on intensive exercise days), limited sweet potatoes, plenty veg, meat, low sugar/ alternative natural sugars. Keeping carbs 50-100 for weight loss, maintaining at 100-150.. Anything over 150+ is gaining weight
Fasting is also primal - but only once you have switched from a sugar burner to a fat burner .. Aka have reduced your processed foods, removed grains and legumes, and are eating plenty veg, meat, nuts, seeds - it's easier to fast if your blood sugar levels are steady! i.e following the primal WOE.. I find that the fasting has good Heath benefits and ideally want to do 2 days a week - it is also prob the only thing I've found that reduces my pregnant look, my upper abdomen - puffs up when I eat something that I'm sensitive to .. Wheat, sugars etc .. The fasting seems to make it flatter . Go figure
True I eat too much, and I've been terrible with my food choices since about march/ April ! Which is why I've not lost weight!
I def need to kcal count and keep thing under 1500 daily. I also need to watch the carb values.
I also need to stop grazing in the afternoon.. Which is when I tend to get hungry
The meal replacement shake idea - is offered with primal too - but their shake mix tastes yucky! I quite like the forever aloe vera one.. I've been using loads different supplements for ages now plus aloe vera juice.
Hoping that once I've had a break and a good think that I can come back and make it work for me
Thanks for the verbal kick !
