Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

So plan is to try and stay away from the things I'm allergic to and also what I'm sensitive too ..

So just reading the back of the walkers prawn cocktail packets .. Gosh has dried yeast so must .. Stop eating them .. Recently got kind of addicted to them .. Will not buy any more and will go put the other 2 packets in the bin!! :(
 
Famous last words .. Got sucked in by some gluten free Xmas goodies at the supermarket .. Were yummy .. But feeling pretty tired today.. So I recon my body doesn't like them lol
 
Ok tonight was my wedding anniversary .. Decided not to out for dinner so we got Indian rather than Chinese .. Sag paneer, chicken tikka, chana masala, onion bhaji .. Had a bit of every thing plus about a 1/4 cup rice. Don't feel stuffed but am full :)
 
Getting my hair highlighted today - 1st time ever lol hope it comes out ok
 
Lol it looks nice .. Just makes my hair brighter and lighter like my hair is in the summer after spending loads of time outside in New Zealand not the uk ... Maybe should have been a bit more daring and added some other colours too .. Looks very natural .. My OH is going to say What! Did you not get your hair done ? Tempted to go get a few other colours added through the t-section .. They are thin highlights too so no bands of thick colour .. Mmmmm. What to do :)

Lol OH was like I can still see the white in your hair .. And didn't notice any difference .. So I think I need some more colours :). Created a monster now ahhhh!

Mm had an acupuncture appt today with doctor and discussed my hair sample test results and I've been given a blood test to do for gluten .. plus folic acid. I was advised I needed to start eating wheat and gluten again for 4-6 weeks ... It took such a long time to stop eating bread, pasta, cakes etc .. So I'm nervous of starting eating wheat again ..

I was impressed that the doc took my hair analysis test results seriously and is doing some things to check it out.
 
After much thought.. I will reintroduce wheat/ gluten for next 4-6 weeks .. Which would take me to 15th Jan. Then I will do the blood test.. I'm also going to record how it makes me feel ..

But my question is what is a normal amount of gluten/ wheat to eat? Once a day ? Twice a day? Any suggestions ?
 
Not cooking today.. Today I've got to clean the house, bake a birthday cake for Nephew's, got people coming over tonight - getting takeaway .. Finish packing as we fly tomorrow !

So it's a takeaway day ..
 
Not really impressed .. Had naan bread with Indian for dinner.. Result: puffy bloated upper tummy! Wind ... Etc Look 6 months pregnant
 
OMG the wind I have could be classed as a chemical weapon .. I do not normally have "wind" so much any more, if at all .. Body is not liking the added wheat .. Have bad burps too..
 
Hey Mis-behave. I just dropped by to say thank you for the Spag Bol recipe you posted in my diary. I tried it out for the first time today and it was so tasty. Even my Mum enjoyed it and she's never liked spag bol before. Thank you so much for sharing it with me :) x x x
