I'm having a good time away.. Eating crap and takeaways in between good foods .. No idea what I weigh.. I've driven 2000 km (1,242.74 miles) in the last 12 days and visited quite a few drive through places ..
The flight was ok just ended up with really swollen legs, hands and ankles and it took 5 days for the swelling to go down. Not impressed!
Still eating wheat.. Result: bloating, gas, wind, flare up of ichy scalp problems.
My mum has been put on a low FODMAP diet from monash Uni, because of various health issues.. It gluten free and avoids dried fruits, and other things that can cause fermentation in the gut, it's interesting reading
