Have been wheat free for 6 days now, the fog and other symptoms hopefully will be quick to disappear
OH bought some fresh Turkish bread tonight .. Was so tempted .. In the end just had a BIG sniff and put it away
felt good to say no thanks - don't want the side effects !
Just need to keep an eye on my rice and potato habit .. During my week of totm I eat more carbs as it what my body seems to want/ need.
Still craving salt, not sure why?! but have switched to sea salt. My mum gave me for Christmas some pink salt - just need to find my grinder - also doctor was ok with me trying a kelp supplement.. It see if it helps reduce my salt cravings.
Had my blood pressure checked and is all good 130/80 pulse 65..
Going to be working on my consumption of potatoes, switching to sweet potatoes and saying no to fries and roast potatoes ..
My days of eating "whatever" are over
just need to convince my body and mind that it doesn't want those things as they make me feel like crap !!
Slowly getting my primal eating habits back in order
