Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

I've no car tomorrow .. And will be doing more walking tomorrow ..,
To school, to doctors, back to school, have lunch in town back home .. Back to school and home again.. Oh and walk to pick up fixed car.. Oh and it's my 40th birthday lol and it will be raining ALL day again!!

Thanks .. I've been lucky it's not raining .. Yet.. ;)

Walked 4.2miles already .. 9700 steps .. Loads more to do .
 
Lovely and sunny thank goodness :) almost at 7 miles . Just going to have my birthday lunch - some Chinese - with my youngest son .. Before we walk home :)
 
I can't believe I've walked 12.3 miles (19.79 km) that's 28, 619 steps .. My toes hurt, my knees ache and I don't think I will be getting off the couch any time soon.. Mmm need to cook dinner and put kids to bed etc.. So., will continue on :) ..
 
Yes... If I didn't have a car that's what I would have to walk every day ..

No WI today as I will do that tomorrow .. Although my birthday weight was 96.9kg which is a good 10kg heavier than last year .. I'm disappointed in myself that I put what I had lost back on.. I also know I'm. A work in progress and I can keep going/ start again .. I have hope and the determination that I will continue on and I will succeed. Everyday is a challenge and I will be front and centre, present to meet the day.

Have been thinking of adding fasting back in but wanted to get the wheat and sugar reduced, so that the shakes I get when I've not eaten disappear.. As they had come back during the 4-6 weeks I had been eating wheat/ gluten. I'm hoping the shakes have stopped now..

My biggest wish is to loose the fat from round my middle.. I'm about a size 14/16 shoulders/ boob area but my middle is a size 18/20., I can pull up trousers in a size 14 but my over hang from my belly won't allow me to do up my trousers.. All or most the 10kg I've put back on is between my boobs and my hips.

With this in mind, I'm going to start the (EOD) every other day diet.. Along side my primal eating goals. As it was when I fasting during march/ April last year that I noticed my belly fat reducing.

Getting my belly fat reduced is my main aim for the future.

Also new plan of attack is to have 2 ready meals with veg which add up to 500 cals or just over ..
Non diet day/ feast day I will still be avoiding wheat/ gluten most grains etc and sticking to primal WOE.

I know from last time that I can eat up to 800/1000 cals and still loose weight .. Just not as quickly :) The maintenance phase of the EOD plan is to eat 1000 kcals on 3 days a week .. most of the test subjects still continued to loose weight on the 1000 kcals a day but more slowly.
 
After much thought my first diet day will be Tuesday 11th Feb next week.. Thought I might start today .. But feel so rubbish, headache sore throat etc
 
Chinese lunch for my birthday (which was Friday) with family ..
Didn't have any rice or noodles, spring rolls, rice pancake thingybobs enjoyed what I had and felt full but not stuffed ., had some of my homemade dirty blondes cake, berries and cream and few satsumas and other bits who knows what it came to kcal wise :) I had a great day !!
 
Kettlercise class 1 hour - HRM 438 kcals and heart rate ave 125 :) all good !
 
Did my 1st "diet day" modified fast .. I did ok :) .. of course I could not stick with 500 Kcals but it was not that much over the 500 and was under 800/1000.. My biggest worry is that I would want to binge on rubbish today, as that's what happened last year when I attempted it. So today I'm glad I don't feel the urge to devour my entire fridge lol

My next "Diet Day" DD is Thursday ... Although I was thinking of doing Friday .. But then that's valentines.. and if I'm lucky my OH might take me out.. Won't hold my breath lol
