Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Kettlercise this morning - hard work!
Kcals: 531 Ave HR: 133 Max HR: 165. All good :) um.. Looking forward to the "good" ouches tomorrow lol
 
Low kcal day today .. Was going to be lower but with adding the coconut oil into my hot cocoa it adds more kcals ..

Have been adding 2Tsp solid coconut oil to my hot cocoa as my joint have been clicky and creaky .. Seems to be helping :). Read somewhere that adding extra good fats/ oils into the diet can help with creaky joins ..

And o my gosh do my legs ache today and am ready quite tired .. Think I Need an early night !
 
WI this week 200g (0.44 lbs) loss .. Better than nothing :)

My legs have finally stopped aching bring on Monday's kettlercise class :)
 
Bought some ginger, turmeric, and bromeliad tablets also trying some clove tea. Seeing if they can help with my upper tummy bloating. It's looking a bit better as I've been drinking lemon and ginger tea and fennel tea most days last week.

Clove tea is meant to help kill off candida and other fungal things .. So I've wormed myself and now let see if the clove tea helps .. I hate my upper stomach bloat!
 
Scales down today.. But I'm assuming it's the combination of clove tea and the ginger and turmeric cleaning me out :) lol
 
Kettlercise class; 1hour HRM Kcals 546, Ave HR 142, Max HR 181.. All good not so jelly like today, also managed a 1/2 side plank on my weaker right hand side. :) let's hope I don't hurt as much tomorrow as last week lol
 
2 cups clove tea drunk - had to add 1tsp honey per cup. Still yucky .. But better than before .. Will continue till 27th Sept to see if it helps with bloating/ liver function/ candida ( not sure I have this.. But who knows)

Can say it definitely calls the PF to your house lol
 
Weight today is the same as Sat WI so hoping it continues downwards for the rest of the week :)
 
Feeling ok this morning after my kettlercise class .. Just a bit achy and stiff not like last week when it hurt lol
 
2 more cups clove and cinnamon tea .. Added the cinnamon, which made it taste slightly better with some honey.
 
I think mother nature is going to early this month, woke up with back ache and cramps - also explains why I wanted to eat so much, as was hungry most of the day and then ate more than normal amounts of dark chocolate yesterday.

Also feeling hungry this morning.. Was going to do a low kcal day .. But don't think that's going to work today .. But who knows lol

Happy that my legs feel pretty good and don't hurt this week :)
