Have had a pretty good day food wise

Few nibbles but nothing major - managed to not have diet coke even tho I really wanted some! Took 2 glutamine tablets which helps with the cravings :)

Dinner was carrot and sweet potato spirals with lamb chops and broccoli

Snack: With wee bit chicken and bamboo shoots from last night - no noodles this time tho!

Taken my 5htp and magnesium, plus multi vit - can feel it helping but def need a better sleep routine - too many late nights

Great job resisting the diet coke! It's amazing how much differencing sorting out sleep can make, hope it continues to improve for you. :)
 
Thanks - still want a diet coke now, but also know I can have one tomorrow, but then have to wait till wed for next one. Is the start of my every 2 day plan to wean myself off the stuff lol will continue till I'm down to 1 a week and asses if I want to go to none :)

I don't drink wine, beer etc - just don't like it - used to drink spirits many many years ago - not so much now tho - so my choices are water or diet coke lol

I know the feeling! I only drink alcohol very rarely and can't have artificial sweeteners so my friends have gotten used to my boring still water habit if out. Sometimes I mix it up a little and have soda water for a really wild treat. ;) I think it's great you are kicking the diet coke, that might even help your sleep too. :)
 
Had a better nights sleep - but energy levels are still low, don't feel sleepy - just lack lustre

Decided to go to class and just take it at my own pace.. Didn't go all out. Cals from HRM 465 - so still feel low energy wise - but a bit brighter.

I'm not sleepy but could do with laying down for a bit as my body aches from class !

Feeling ok today :) but achy from yesterday

Breakfast : prunes in juice with plain yogurt with toasted flaked almonds

Lunch: 2 eggs, sm tin tuna with mayo, gluten free sweet chilli, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, 2 rashers bacon, avocado and orange peppers - yummy using the eggs like a wrap is good - enjoying it!

Snack; satsuma, almonds

Snack/ dinner - lamb leg steaks, soft goats cheese 1/2 avocado - cherry tomatoes

Dates stuffed with soft goat feta x 2

Have made mince with mushooms, red kidney beans etc but am not really hungry now ..

I did sync it, worked out how to change it though, it didn't update when I changed it on mfp but think that might be because I hadn't set up my weight loss target etc on fit bit x

Off to kettlercise tonight - just got to get wee ones into bed :)

Dinner was not so great - some roast chicken & 2 pieces veg thin crust pizza.

Lunch was burger from mcDs hamburger, chicken strip from snack wrap and a few chicken bites -

Snack: some sweet and salty primal trail mix, few bits dark choc ..

Breakfast: egg, bacon, banana

So not expecting a loss ..

Hope you don't mind me saying, you never sound happy when you eat off your plan, have you figured out what makes this happen? That might make it easier to put safety measures in place to avoid?

Last night the reason for pizza was I had cooked a small chicken, but ended up with 2 more young men who put elephants to shame in the eating department - they ended up with a large pizza 15" each - I had 2 slices of OHs pizza - I was kind of happy that I only ate 2 slices - I would normally eat way more :).

I have asked OH to say when he's bring others home but he forgot .. Which is when we normally end up with takeaways .. Which I find hard to resist!

Well scales a little down this morning - lets see what tomorrow brings :)
