Thanks - still want a diet coke now, but also know I can have one tomorrow, but then have to wait till wed for next one. Is the start of my every 2 day plan to wean myself off the stuff lol will continue till I'm down to 1 a week and asses if I want to go to none
I don't drink wine, beer etc - just don't like it - used to drink spirits many many years ago - not so much now tho - so my choices are water or diet coke lol

Off to kettlercise tonight - just got to get wee ones into bed
Dinner was not so great - some roast chicken & 2 pieces veg thin crust pizza.
Lunch was burger from mcDs hamburger, chicken strip from snack wrap and a few chicken bites -
Snack: some sweet and salty primal trail mix, few bits dark choc ..
Breakfast: egg, bacon, banana
So not expecting a loss ..

Hope you don't mind me saying, you never sound happy when you eat off your plan, have you figured out what makes this happen? That might make it easier to put safety measures in place to avoid?

Last night the reason for pizza was I had cooked a small chicken, but ended up with 2 more young men who put elephants to shame in the eating department - they ended up with a large pizza 15" each - I had 2 slices of OHs pizza - I was kind of happy that I only ate 2 slices - I would normally eat way more .
I have asked OH to say when he's bring others home but he forgot .. Which is when we normally end up with takeaways .. Which I find hard to resist!
Well scales a little down this morning - lets see what tomorrow brings
