WI today... Not holding out much hope for a loss. The last 2 weeks naughtiness at the weekends are bound to catch up with me and as much as I had great intentions to be good at the in laws... Well, she just wants to fricking fatten me up!!

Had roast beef - good. And that was all that was good. Courgettes, cooked in butter. Swede and carrot mash, mashed with butter. Roast potatoes and parsnips, roasted in goose fat, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Then she plonked a bowl of lemon meringue pie and cream in front of me. It was home made. It's my favourite. I couldn't say no :( damn woman!! It was bloody gorgeous though!! So I'll be happy with a sts.

This week though I'm cooking everything and not eating out or drinking alcohol so next week epic loss of at least 2 please :D

Gud luck for wi minks x totally know wat u mean about ppl tryin to fatten u up! My mums just txt me sayin shes made this choc fudge wat was on telly this morning haha

Thank you so much Rosie, after my little stint away I didnt know where I was or anything so thank you ever so much for taking the time to work it out for me. Looks like I am failing on the challenge a bit.... ah well, I will attempt to get as much off as possible? Seeing as that would put me at target and thats a little ambitious and I am hoping to have that done by Valentines day. I have 7 more weigh ins as my xmas WI Is actually christmas day unsure how that will work? Meh, it all adds up and at least I know how well I have done to get closer to target. xx

Well, WI approaches, really think I'm in for a pound loss at the most, sts if I'm lucky. But it's cool, I'll aim for a nice big loss next week, up the superfree and watch my syns properly. And portion size... I probably should start to think about eating normal sized portions rather than eating enough to feed a small family every dinner time :D

thank you!! It might be the superfree that I eat, I have tried to up it the last week, pickled gherkins have become my new BFF! Ha ha! Xx

Ooh, forgot to mention! Had the Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages last night. Pleasantly surprised they were pretty tasty. So much so I'm getting more in for next week. And they are syn free. Oh yeah, you heard me, SYN FREE!
Dinner last night was those, roasted veg, yorkies and gravy. Delish.

Today's food!

Red day
Breakfast - apple, banana and hifi berry bar
Lunch - gherkins, ham and yogurt
Dinner - chicken curry (with onions and peppers) with spiced cauliflower and leeks.
HexA will be a big glass of milk, syns 1/2 for a cuppa and 9 for mini naan with dins.
