Hello all, hope we've all had a good day?

I've been very proactive today, food was good, got loads organised at work & gym'd after work.
I walked to work too, food was;

B: 1 weetabix, 1 yoghurt & cherries.

L: left over gammon, cabbage & courgette.

T: 3 gherkins, 1 banana & some pineapple.

I dont watch the bake off shows, but he is defo someone worth watching! Those pics on your sig are amazing - you don't look like the same person and YOU DO look younger now.

Oh, by the way - Lisa Doggett, I am not sure what unit she is in, she is married to one of Mick's friends - they are going to footie together tonight so I will find out. Mick is a Colliers Wood boy, born in St Georges actually. I have dragged him kicking and screaming to Essex - poor fellow! He is a Londoner at heart though like you. He misses it so much.

Ooh I'm 5 minutes by car from Colliers Wood! I love living in London, my OH is from Wiltshire so I will be dragging him kicking and screaming also here hehe!

*rubs some willpower onto you* ;)

Foodage for today:

2 weetabix & 200mls semi skimmed milk with cherries (HEa & HEb).

Salad with homemade coldslaw (1/2 syn). Fat free yoghurt.

I snacked on 2 crab sticks and 3 gherkins. Yum.

Mushroom stirfry with chicken & passata. Strawberries for pud pud. Big fat juicy strawberrys xx

Welcome to a story about Emma's body. We are just plodding along nicely then we start back at the gym and wham 4lb weight gain.

Yes I am a serial weigher, how do I go from 13.6 to 13.10 even though I've stuck to plan and have done more exercise than normal? Ill tell you I just have a weird body haha. I'm not really bothered as I'm also * week but it just makes me laugh that extra exercise causes me to put on weight. After losing 6lbs though I expect to only lose 1lb this week or a STS.

I did look back at my diary and realised I'm also only having 1/2 HEb most days so have made sure today I get a full HEb.

Food stuffs:

B: 2 weetabix (HEb), mixed into a yoghurt and cherries. HEa worth of milk in a couple of coffees.

L: 1 pot reduces fat cottage cheese, 6 crab sticks & cherry toms.

T: not a flipping idea. I got some veggies that need using up. If I don't have anymore hex then I could have an EE day but don't really want carbs tonight. I should have got some meat out the cupboard. I have some peppers so could stuff them with some quorn mince! Hmm.
 
Yeah I'm not letting it stop me am still going to the gym again tomorrow :D

I have just literally got home from work so dinner is 4 crab sticks & some ham and strawberries. Yum.
 
Gym done. As much as the idea of going makes me groan so much I always feel so good for actually going. I did 35 mins bike which was over 10k, 10 mins treadmill & 10 mins rowing. 360 calories burnt. Woo.

Breakfast - I'm just eating it! I'm having 35g porridge (HEb), 250 mls semi skimmed milk in porridge & a coffee (HEa) with cherries mixed in (the porridge not coffee). Yum.

It's already 1pm so this is kinda breakfast & lunch but I will munch of some melon later! No clue what dinner is going to be yet!

Right I had 1/2 a melon for luncheon, I've got some turkey out for tea & ill have that with some mushrooms, onions, garlic & veggies.

Wonder if my gym session will encourage weight gain this week! The scales aren't shifting yet!
 
Defo measure Hun, not gonna teach you how to suck eggs but you know that exercising more than normal causes water retention (had this argument at class on Tuesday with people saying muscle weighs more than fat...grrrrr!). So just up your water, make sure you warm up and cool down with stretches properly and your body will get used to it. Promise! Hope you're ok sugar xx

Yeah, I've drunk so much water today that I've been on the toilet all afternoon to try and counteract it but you know when you just know you're going to weight a lb or 2 more just because you've started something new. Hopefully I'll be able to STS or lose a lb but we shall see, I know I've been 100% on plan so I'm not worrying about it too much but it is a little frustrating at times.

I've had a very productive day today, I have done 2 lots of washing so now I have nothing left in my washing basket and hung it outside, I went to the gym, I cleaned my room from top to bottom and then cleaned the kitchen, I've dyed my hair, goodbye grey roots and now I've just cooked and eaten my yummy dinner. I do like a day off where I've been productive. Can't wait for Friday work to be over so that I can look forward to the weekend. Saturday night I'm off out with my 3 best mates where mucho alcohol will be consumed (no bad food though) and then Sunday I think we may go and watch the marathon depending on what the weather is like, will probably take a picnic with us (salad for me then). My friend has been trying to convince me to go to Bodeans (BBQ restaurant) on Saturday before we hit the pub but I've been resisting, their food is so good but is literally pork, burgers, chips, onion rings etc, definitley not somewhere I need to be going.

Food today is now over as I've just eaten my tea, it was:

Breakfast - Porridge (heb), milk (hea) & cherries, left over milk from allowance in a coffee.

Lunch - Melon.

Tea - Turkey cooked with peppers, mushrooms & onion and some leek & courgettes. Lots and lots of superfree there. Feel nicely full.

I've had 1/2 syn of milk in a coffee also.

I've half planned my food for tomorrow which will be weetabix and cherries for breakfast as usual and lunch is a salad, no plans for dinner yet as I'll see what time I get home before I decide, lately I've been leaving work so late that I don't want to eat too much when I get in as then I can't sleep.

Looking forwards to Legs, Bums & Tums on Saturday morning, never done it before but I have such a huge bum that it will be nice to work some of it away hehe.

No more food as I feel awful, really run down and sicky. The thought of eating makes me feel ill. Blergh.

Early night for me! Not looking forwards to WI tomorrow, scales this morning said 3lb on so we shall see xxx
 
Oooh LBT is hard! It hurts but is great fun. I remember when I done it, next day I couldn't even sit up to get out of bed!

Why you feeling icky Hun? That's crap, especially cause you have plans for tomorrow :( xx

Is it hard? Good just the incentive I need. My problem areas are my bum & tummy. I have massive hips and just want it gone. Have been thinking lately that ill maybe never get to my goal weight due to excess skin! I'm going to be stuck with it, 32 and overweight most of my life. The skin will never be going back! Least I can try and tone up as much as possible.

Not sure why I feel sick, I left work early as I felt ill so hopefully just a 24 hour thing!

Group I went to was fast paced for a lot of the session, then like a 2 min break to have water and get mats out for floor work. She was an awesome teacher and saw I had problems with one of the moves (have a hairline fracture in my pelvis so some things can be awkward / uncomfortable) and gave me a slightly tweaked move to do. Loved it but my friend didnt want to go anymore so I didn't :( but I'm starting yoga by myself this weekend to help with toning. Like you say, may not get rid of excess skin but can't hurt to tone everything else?

Hope you start feeling better soon! Have you eaten enough or drunk too much? Xx

I need to tone the bingo wings so badly, it's the one part of my body I really hate especially in summer as at least I can hide the rest with spanx but arms, blergh. Doing stuff at the gym for that though. I look in photos and think urgh when I see my butt.

My arms are probably the only thing I don't mind on me!! Swimming is meant to be great for the arms as well as all over toning. I'm dead excited about yoga and hoping to go weekly.
Have you thought about kettlebells at all? Xx
