Defo measure Hun, not gonna teach you how to suck eggs but you know that exercising more than normal causes water retention (had this argument at class on Tuesday with people saying muscle weighs more than fat...grrrrr!). So just up your water, make sure you warm up and cool down with stretches properly and your body will get used to it. Promise! Hope you're ok sugar xx
Yeah, I've drunk so much water today that I've been on the toilet all afternoon to try and counteract it but you know when you just know you're going to weight a lb or 2 more just because you've started something new. Hopefully I'll be able to STS or lose a lb but we shall see, I know I've been 100% on plan so I'm not worrying about it too much but it is a little frustrating at times.
I've had a very productive day today, I have done 2 lots of washing so now I have nothing left in my washing basket and hung it outside, I went to the gym, I cleaned my room from top to bottom and then cleaned the kitchen, I've dyed my hair, goodbye grey roots and now I've just cooked and eaten my yummy dinner. I do like a day off where I've been productive. Can't wait for Friday work to be over so that I can look forward to the weekend. Saturday night I'm off out with my 3 best mates where mucho alcohol will be consumed (no bad food though) and then Sunday I think we may go and watch the marathon depending on what the weather is like, will probably take a picnic with us (salad for me then). My friend has been trying to convince me to go to Bodeans (BBQ restaurant) on Saturday before we hit the pub but I've been resisting, their food is so good but is literally pork, burgers, chips, onion rings etc, definitley not somewhere I need to be going.
Food today is now over as I've just eaten my tea, it was:
Breakfast - Porridge (heb), milk (hea) & cherries, left over milk from allowance in a coffee.
Lunch - Melon.
Tea - Turkey cooked with peppers, mushrooms & onion and some leek & courgettes. Lots and lots of superfree there. Feel nicely full.
I've had 1/2 syn of milk in a coffee also.
I've half planned my food for tomorrow which will be weetabix and cherries for breakfast as usual and lunch is a salad, no plans for dinner yet as I'll see what time I get home before I decide, lately I've been leaving work so late that I don't want to eat too much when I get in as then I can't sleep.
Looking forwards to Legs, Bums & Tums on Saturday morning, never done it before but I have such a huge bum that it will be nice to work some of it away hehe.
