My arms are probably the only thing I don't mind on me!! Swimming is meant to be great for the arms as well as all over toning. I'm dead excited about yoga and hoping to go weekly.
Have you thought about kettlebells at all? Xx
Yes, I do swimming and it's true it helps. I need to start going again, I would be going tomorrow but I can't!
You'll have to let me know all about the yoga, I bet it will be great fun.
& never about kettlebells, are they good? xx
