MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

I have no idea what's wrong with me! I'm loosing the plot and it doesn't appear to be getting any better!

I do we'll all week get knackered CBA to cook eat crap feel bad eat more crap feel worse and repeat!

I seem to be yoyoing the same few lbs but in reality getting no where!!

After getting extremely frustrated having a good talk with myself I'm starting again or at least trying too!

Today so far so good! Lets hope it prevails! :( xx

Oh Hun, this is rubbish, how's about doing some batch cooking, that way when you CBA you can just chuck something in the microwave x

I've had a good day. I ate my exercise cals back bc I was starving!!! But it means I'm still in the green on mfp!

So I'm taking that as an absolutely positive first day!

I don't know why I've been struggling whether it was a bit of boredom and rebellion for having been on the wagon for so long. But it's only gonna allow my weight to creep on up unless I nip it in the bud now!

So I did today and I'm pleased!

Batch cooking is a good idea! Trouble is I have one draw for a freezer so makes storing it difficult but I just need to say ok if you CBA you eat cereal and that allows for no excuses it's quick easy and low in cals! I'm sure that'll motivate me to cook even if its pasta! Lol

But I also need to up my exercise again!

Hopefully starting with a spin class again tomorrow! First time in a long time!

But I am feeling fat so hopefully that'll motivate me my clothes are more snug than they were so I need to sort it!

ah yes 1 draw would be a bit difficult, we have 4 so makes a big difference..
well done on your first positive day, take it day by day and you will soon have a week under your belt xx
 
Well yesterday was a fab day :) really pleased.


I ate back my exercise cals bc I was starving but was still in the green!

Today is looking like another good day. As we said I just need to take it one day at a time!

Today my hrm reckons 800 cals for my 45 min spin session! It was a hard one, really enjoyed it and remembered how much I love spin.

The massive pool of sweat under my bike showed I'd worked really hard lol!

Yeah I was quite impressed it included the riding warm up and cool down but with the 45 min workout as well so a over 45mins in reality.

But my hr was high for a lot of it a good cardio workout!

And she did say this workout she had planned averaged 150cals more than the average class! X

Again I did eat into my exercise cals and I'm really annoyed! I ate a sandwich that Marcus bought rather than what I'd planned!
So not to self tell Marcus off and where to go ;) xx
 
Well I've jumped on the 5:2 wagon!


First fast today 502 cals! And I'm not hungry! I intend on non fast days to eat between 15-1700 cals (or less if I am not hungry this a limit not a min!)

I wi tomorrow anyway! From just cc last week but I hope this will give me the little booster I need! Fingers crossed!

Well I've jumped on the 5:2 wagon!

First fast today 502 cals! And I'm not hungry! I intend on non fast days to eat between 15-1700 cals (or less if I am not hungry this a limit not a min!)

I wi tomorrow anyway! From just cc last week but I hope this will give me the little booster I need! Fingers crossed!

Done my first today and work kept me occupied so didn't miss the food so much! Whether this will continue I don't know!

But not as hard as I thought its the evening meals that are hardest luckily Marcus is on call and got called out so didn have to cook just had soup! Lol x

Well done :) being busy does make the day go faster !

I have to cook dinner and it is hard as I need to taste stuff to check its cooked blah blah .. So I've been cooking them stuff I know I won't be eating normally lol

Hadn't thought of soup for dinner (DOH !) will have to get some of the convent garden ones - my soups not really great lol

following primal blueprint and experimenting with the 5:2 fasting diet
 
Tara you can make soups. Try this one. It's a chunky one so mashed you think you're eating something substantial

1 potato
3 or 4 carrots
3 slices smoked bacon
1 tin tomatoes
1 onion
Handful of red lentils
2 veg stock cubes ( I only use kallo organic)
Basil


Water
Dice the veg
Chop the bacon
Add the tomatoes
And cover with water
Bring to the boil for 10 minutes then simmer until the veg is cooked

Voila it's done and really yummy

Oh I cheated Kat! I bought my soup it wAs 150cals for 400g or the whole tin - I could never eat all that so it was good!

Why do you need to taste to see if its cooked Tara?! I never taste my food and I've never killed or served raw food lol!

To check for taste, salt levels etc lol sometimes to check if pasta cooked etc

But a taste is a taste not a meal :) how many times do you taste it?
