I didn't like the mac n cheese tbh and I won't be making it again!!

Survived my night weren't perfect but were a million times better than usual!!

I managed to switch shifts so ill be able to wi tomorrow :)

This morning I was 1/2 up from last official hoping now I've had today off and been 100% that fluctuation will go and ill loose maybe 1.2 :). Xx
 
Thanks I'm not hopeful! But giving up wont help either will it :) c
 
Well a sts.

I'm a bit confused as her scales don't seem very consistent. When I first wi hers were 1.5 diff then 1 diff now are 2 diff from my home scales. But I suppose no one else is noticing a diff at group so maybe it's my scales :s

Not happy obviously. And beginning to feel a bit defeated and came home wanting a binge to be perfectly honest!

I've resisted. I've realised my milk hea I've estimated wrong so ill be measuring that properly this week! But other than that I am feeling a bit defeated.

I'm back posting on mfp. And I've realised my net cals are considerably low at 500 on days I exercise so I'm gonna try and increase my cals mainly by eating more fruits and veggies but I'm also gonna stick with 15 syns per day and allow up to 20 if needed (the last time I did this by accident I got 2lbs off!).

I'm gonna stick mainly to red days too to see if that makes any difference!

Here's hoping for a better week! Next weeks at the end of my Sw countdown! And I'm in two minds about what to do :(

Boo to her stupid scales... You have to keep going and try the things we have talked about before you give up x x

Yeah I will at least I have a plan in place this week! And it was my old c who filled in this week who is amazing and much better! But her group is huge hence me going on we'd and thur but if I don't loose this week I may go back to her bc at least she helps! X

I am feeling a tad defeated but giving up isn't gonna help so I jut have to keep slugging away!
I started the squat challenge today to go along side my an challenge omg think I'm gonna ache tomorrow lol!

But here's to hopefully a better week :) x
 
You've come a huge distance, don't get too disheartened by the scales. You might be right about replacing some of the cals if you are burning alot in one day. When I was losing regularly, I was eating a proportion of my exercise cals and kept losing. Everyone is different though. I hope you find what works best for you x
 
And what she isn't posting is about her inch loss!!! She is shrinking it will happen on the scales eventually :)

Wow on the step front!! You will be fine make sure your super duper prepared and just take your mini fridge bag and bobs your uncle ;)

Today was manic the unit closed. Then every possible emergency happened and some more than once! Horrendous!

I didn't even get a lunch break! :(

A couple of cupcakes pulled me through though :(

Over 1100 steps today! X
 
Well ice gas a better couple of days! But scales gave only moved .25 of a lb! Downwards! Which at Sw would be -.5 (due to their scales)

But I'd like something a bit more!

Beginning to feel a bit defeated now! But I've gotta chug on hey!
